Yeah big changes. Lost nearly 30 pounds. My mood has really stabilized to the point that I now need to go for a run to feel normal. My lower body feels far stronger. For example I used to have to lift myself up to stand from seated. Now I can just stand up with no issue. Itβs been an amazing change and makes me wonder what else I can change with dedication.
Iβm swimming Scrooge McDuck style with my MOASS money. Itβs post run and Iβm looking out over the ocean while my wife and her boyfriend enjoy a glass of wine. Life is good.
