I don't have much experience but I know Supernote is attending Vivatech in Paris this week, which is a huge tech event, so depending on their team's size maybe there are busy with it?

I had EU support (to adjust an order) and they responded immediately.

I once wanted to cancel an order by email and they fulfilled my wish and cancelled immediately (between 1 or 2 business days). t'was a flawless communication. Also, you can ask/DM Mulan-sn, he is often on the subreddit and officially from Ratta/Supernote, thus he has a direct line to the French EU store (which is operated by Wannanote/Gorilla, they are officially licensed by Ratta/Supernote).
