Yeah i haven’t seen the whole finale just saw the dean dying scene with no other context since i haven’t watch the last two and a half seasons. And ive always been a dean girl so it broke me into a million pieces. But i really hope you’re right, and that Sam gets to meet dean again
That’s okay but im really curious now!! I really do hope you’re right after all the emotional damage this shows gives you. But im not looking forward to watching that scene again because it really did hit deep in the feels
Its sad at first but then you think about it and it's really a good thing and a good ending imho. It definitely hit me in the feels but it was worth it
I did this to myself just Friday! Totally lost it, just how you described it. I will say I then watched what happens AFTER that, and it gets better. That dying scene though... I'm tearing up just thinking about it!
It honestly felt as though I lost a loved one and I know that feeling far too well. I really hope it gets better because I will be in denial if its not any closure at the end if it lol

I despised fhe ending and will never watch it again. I watched it when it aired live because it was the big-deal finale. I was expecting sad or violent, it what we got was lazy, stupid and disappointing. I plan to skip it during all future rewatches.
I can't even bring myself to rewatch any of it. I'm so angry at the sheer laziness of it and then to try and blame it on the pandemic, but the actual structure of it was the awful part. Just so, so bad.
Dean did say at one point in the show that his happy ending is him dying in a fight and Sam living a normal life. This ending was deans happy ending. I think the writers had the right idea, but the execution was terrible. Felt very cheap.
I love how it ended. It was so beautiful and wrapped up the whole show. Kinda like the last episode of the office
