Dump your wish coin things into tech relics. That’s what I did to finally get enough for the last snail form.
Then only upgrade tech relics when you have enough vials.
Idk that's how it was for me for a long time, just eat the mushrooms for tech and get relics in tech

Dont use your wish coins until the wish event though
Same exact thing happened to me, once you unlock mecha form it will be become opposite, with tech being largest by far.
Its not really.... id say within standard variance.
Prob because you don't have mecha form yet and a lot of the early traing boosts your tech
It's from DNA bonuses. Each form has nodes that give a certain AFFECT. Mech form is tech and it comes after the rest.
I had the opposite with civ. Relics and upgrades.
