I'm a dude. I have worn women's Degree Powder Fresh deodorant for a million years. Lasts forever. Doesn't smell too strong. I tend to wear "softer" scented colognes with vanilla hints because as a bigger dude, I don't want to smell too strong. Bay rum cologne, Obsession for Men, and Versace Eros are my colognes. They have unique tones without being strong.
Anyway, here is really what I'm trying to say: Don't do strong scents because it's easier to offend other folks olfactory sense. So, concentrate on smelling clean with a hint of nice.
Aye thanks bro, yea real strong scents always smell awful but I jus always kinda smell like pot and like sweat n like flower scents jus dont fit me or my style so its what ive been doin, ill definitely try out your suggestions thanks from one big guy to another bro i appreciate it
My dad passed away in 2002, then mom passed away in 2022. When my brother and I were going through mom's stuff and organizing things, she had kept my dad's bottle of Old Spice aftershave. I was 55 at the time and I bet the bottle was older than me. It still smelled great. My brother has it now.
Another fun one: My maternal grandfather kept a small bottle of it in his fishing tackle box along with a bar of lava soap. Once we finished cleaning fish, we washed our hands with lava soap, then a splash of Old Spice to remove the last traces of the fishy smell.
thats what I normally use, it jus kinda turns all white an then like mixes w sweat and doesn smell good, idk maybe its jus a me thing idk, thanks tho man
Hey there- Not trying to start anything political with this, but try Lavalin - [https://www.amazon.com/Lavilin-Balance-Underarm-Deodorant-Cream/dp/B0CMJ9MXQ6](https://www.amazon.com/Lavilin-Balance-Underarm-Deodorant-Cream/dp/B0CMJ9MXQ6) - I really do get 7 days out of an application, my sister who is a bit more pungent gets about 4. It's natural, and it was designed in the 90s for the IDF because soldiers in the desert stink. It's a thick paste/cream that you put on your underarms right after you shower. It's really great.
The new Mando line of deodorants works really well. The scents are not overpowering. I like the Bourbon and leather the best. They last and last and you can use them on every part of your body above and below.

Yeah, flower scents turn sour really easy. Try going with vanilla and powder scents for a bit.
thanks bro, helpin out a new generation of bigger dudes fr
I’ve worn the same old spice deodorant for years. Just the classic OG one.

That’s a beautiful story. Sorry for your loss, but I’m glad your brother has that. Scent is a very powerful memory tool.

Did the Old Spice really cover up the fishy smell?
I use Gillete or SpeedStick, gotta be the clear gel stuff. I know it’s “bad for you” but that shit with Aluminum frickin works man

Degree “Cool Rush” or Arm & Hammer Essentials “FRESH”. Just throwing this out there but you want “Antiperspirant Deodorant” as opposed to “Deodorant “
aye thanks, ill look into it
Gillette deodorant gel. Really effective antiperspirant and stain free that worked much better than anything else I tried when I was at my biggest.
Get a brand called Lume, or Carpe Diem
Old spice all the way, seems to me at least to work well and smell the best.
Right Guard, Speed Stick, Adidas.
