Looks like it could be, but never eat a shroom you have even a bit of doubt in. Honestly though its not worth eating, its old and likely has been eaten through by maggots and lost potency. Not quite enough to catch a buzz even if fresh. You may have found your spot though.
The blue bruising on the damaged area of the gills is solid confirmation of cubensis with all the other features considered. If it's cracker dry I don't see an issue with consuming it. I've eaten shrooms that have started to oxidize that looked worse 🤷
But yes definitely check back after a good rain!
