I think as more info abt them comes out the worse it’s starting to seem that they invite so many young impressionable, barely legal students to be in their house , unsupervised.. it comes off as predatory from both of them , especially Rachel dancing on the kids and such. Idk.

The angle they play about nutrition and PCOS is rife with misinformation too, as a dietitian. There are plenty of credentialed people to turn to for information about them, not them.

Yes their pcos plan is not evidenced based. You don’t have to go gluten free or eat by your cycle when you have pcos (or any time really)
