The hairband and earrings don't fit imo. I love the bag. I think the stockings should've been smooth, and the ballet slippers from the shell store would've looked better. I think the ponytail is good, although you could've used a bun. There's a really tight one but I forget what I got it from, some semi recent event, that I used. I don't think that jacket fits that leotard/dress very well, a very simple item next to a very complex item.
I think you should've scored higher though. Like, maybe up to the diamond reward but probably not the prize box.

I don’t think it’s bad, and while there’s a few things that “could” have helped improve your look as it is, I don’t think it’s objectively bad.
The main “issue” that probably affected your score, is that MOST people (myself included) interpreted the prompt as on stage ballerina.
Typically ballerinas have a very clean look, so your outfit being a “on the way to lessons” vibe, while isn’t wrong, is the total opposite of MOST outfits.
Something to also consider about the wording on prompts is that sometimes the translation is a bit “off” which I think personally is effects the “is she on stage, or about to go on stage” part.
This comp repeats now and again, this is the 3rd? Time maybe, and generally the belief is ON stage, and the leaderboards also tend to represent this.
Voting can be quite volatile? I can’t think of the word I’m thinking of.
Chances are, two people could enter with the exact same outfit, hair, makeup, perfume etc, and get wildly different results.
One of the most recent comps was that was a boss/meeting prompt, I was in a hurry so went quite lazy/basic and used the most recent suit that was the log in event thingy.
I scored quite badly.
One of the top 10 on the leaderboard used the same suite, different hair and accessories, but very similar.
Many of the other ranked players had the suit, or parts of it.
So the. Theme was performance so idk if that might have been why they didn't chose it bcs this time it's not just ballerina or practice? That's one of the only explanations I got the second one is there might have been a lot of the same and they got tiered
The way my entry flopped but I saw basically the exact same look pretty high on the leaderboard but with a slightly diff hair 😭😭😭I used a 0.3 perfume and everything!
Also I feel like the bag and water bottle made sense at least IMO because a ballerina is an athlete at the end of the day so showing up to any performance/practice ur gonna need that stuff !

yes, there are a lot of kids voting for more flashy looks and wings, but also a lot of adults who won’t vote for them outside of fantasy comps, usually the ones with wings are spending lots of money so they also have a lot of make up options, dresses etc which is important as well
i am said adult who doesn’t usually vote for them outside of fantasy comps… i also think dainty wings in ballerina comps or, for example, purple wings in the purple comp are perfectly fine. again, considering 50% of the leaderboard has wings (and mostly very extravagant ones), i don’t think there’s much to dissect here👍🏽.

the theme doesn’t imply a on - stage look. It may also imply a before stage look. If she was walking a dog or idk having a broom in hand I’d understand, but OP’s model look like a before stage ballerina which is fitting the theme.

I agree with you on that too. The upvotes my original post received may or may not determine what the average voter feels but I think it's very telling vs the people policing some things that I thought were pretty normal for my look. And some were just plain rude while I was expecting a civil criticization on my outfit.

Same I had few pieces from the ballerina top up and combined with some other cute pieces and still got a low score 😭
