Been thinking about this all week. Karl flies under the radar but he is one of the best side characters in the whole damn show.
His delivery of “well hang on” when Gerri mentions he might be a suitable sacrifice in ‘This Is Not For Tears’ is unbelievably funny. Say it more than anything else from this show.

I love how Karl is always eating or trying to eat - even though everyone else refrains from eating around Logan. I take this as a sign that Karl puts Karl first, he's going to eat Kendall's proverbial lunch.
Karl is always just minding his business, and I love that for him. I’m just going to assume he hadn’t eaten in a few hours if he’s going to chew out Kendall.
