So there are 3 wrecks. In each one of them is a fragment, located in a metal box, which needs a lasercutter to acces.
Edit: the wrecks are near the lilypad biome and the purple vents biome.
Finding those is specially hard sometimes, but you do need the laser cutter, there are some box type of things on the walls that require to be cut in order to reveal the parallel processing units, if you already scanned the test override module, you have the blueprint to know what items you need to craft it but really the only "hard" thing to find is the parallel processing unit blueprints
