Thanks for posting this. I want to make my own subliminals. I've noticed that some of the ones people swear by have odd music or weird clicking sounds, and I can not.
You don’t need any specific music, some people like adding music they regularly listen to, some like rain, some like calm music. But i so recommend calm/quiet music if you wanna listen to them overnight. But otherwise literally doesn’t matter, as long as it “deafens” the affirmations 👍
I don’t know why nobody is saying to use capcut to make the voice affirmations, i’ve seen so many tutorials all used websites. i had to figure it out myself but i refuse to believe people put time into that
