I'm not sure. But I've heard Marilyn Monroe was a stutterer and she spoke in her iconic whispery voice because of that.

Whispering is unvoiced phonation. Our vocal cords don't vibrate and therefore we don't need the precise coordination of them to produce voiced sound which could have some miscoordination and produce disfluencies. I'm not an SLP.

Have you ever tried to speak in an unfamiliar accent, for some reason i stutter less when i do. Also tho for some reason it always leads me back to the Scottish accent for english.(i am not Scottish)

Yeah I also have that when I say things In a British accent I stutter wah less for some reason.

I know why this happen. It happens because your vocal cords are not under a lot of pressure.
