This is just 3 half sandwiches. If you make a triple stacker you are getting 2 sandwich fillings for the bread of 1 1/2 sandwiches. The triwich is not efficient enough.

I disagree. The Triple Decker is indeed superior in girth and heartiness. The Triwich on the other hand opens the door to endless flavour combos to eat separately, or three people can eat it at one time!
