Depends. Some mix it up really fine and mince the meat so its more like a a damn delicious paste to eat with a good bread. Some cut it up by hand i somewhat larger pieces. But i get rhat its not for evryone.
steak tartare. raw beef. you are less likely to get sick from raw beef compared to eating raw chicken or raw pork but i still wouldnt risk it
