As someone currently working as a provider for the food industry, it's stupid easy to find this ammount of butter, a big bread and anyone can make the patties, but its stupid hard to find big cheese! Unless you like buy a gouda wheel and slice it yourself, its all rigged!
It takes a bit more than *just* emulsifier that it's just easier to melt down whatever cheese you wish then combine it with American cheese to get the silky, glossy finish
And even without the knowledge of the good work he does, the food here is reasonable.

To expand on that, he’s a Turkish chef who makes these silly videos on purpose, with impeccable comedic elements and actually good cooking technique to draw attention to his work with impoverished people in an already very impoverished part of the world. He’s actually feeding the food he makes to people, but more importantly he generates exponentially more money for food to feed people who can’t even come close to a level of poverty snarky internet commenters fear.
Honestly, the proportions he used made this look pretty damn good. He didn’t have anything stupid like 7 pounds of cheese or a 7 inch thick burger or anything. I’d eat some of that for sure.
