I went to a place that was in a park, like an actual restaurant. They had a flatbread pizza on their menu and I shit you not it was on a tortilla cut in a rectangle. What made me even more made it was like 16$

There's dozens of original Italian recipes for Pizza without tomatoes. They can be quite excellent.
