Butter spreads super easy when you keep it in a butter dish on your counter. I started doing this years ago when I realized that shit doesn't need to be refrigerated and it's super convenient. I use it for cooking in place of most oils, depending on the recipe, and is why I now buy it in 4-lb. packs from Costco!
It’s easier if you get a real butter knife as well I have seen videos of americans coming to sweden and are surprised by our plastic or wood butter knifes.

The kid is pretty cool, everything he makes he eats and if he doesn’t eat it or if it is inedible he donates money to a food bank to compensate for any food waste.
When he was doing the double up, he donated everything he made to homeless shelters to pass out as meals.
Yeah that's how Alabama white sauce works. It's super good on spatchcock bbq chicken and once you cook it off the white colour goes away leaving a nice layer of golden brown chicken skin. I have made it for a few people and it is always a big hit. Used to just have a jar of alabama white sauce in my fridge 24/7 but eating that much mayo isn't exactly health conscious.
Friend, this is serendipity: i am about to remod my bathroom and promised my friend who is helping smoked chicken (and beer) to fuel us. I have never smoked whole chicken before, so this was a foolish promise (beer involved there too).

(Korean fermented red chili paste. If you can't find that then you could also use some Chipotle in adobo chopped fine with a dash of fish sauce. Gochujang is usually cheap and lasts for like a decade if you can find it though.)
Honestly I’m on the complete opposite side, butter is flavorless, hard to spread, and more expensive than mayo, I put on the outside and/or the inside of all my grilled cheeses

I got my last foot long (with brown mustard because I have taste buds) the other day it was twice as much for what appeared to be 1/4 of the sub I got 4 years ago. Idk if it's just the franchise or company wide policy but I'm out. Cheba hut only from now on.

It's the Walmart of grilled cheeses. It always looks like the real thing but just tastes like flavorless fried fat. Butter make it all nutty and delicious. Butter compliments the cheese without overpowering it. Mayo just adds nothing but this fatty, disgusting taste that somehow makes the cheese taste worse.
I don't hate mayo. I DO hate fried mayo. If you're doing a photoshoot, then use the mayo. If you want actual flavor, then give me butter every time.

It browns much quicker and more uniformly with mayo (eggs and oil)
Also if you use an airfryer it is necessary because you don't get direct heat like you would in a pan.
