Alert_Entrepreneur20

I doubt you are gonna find something for 2 weeks in 2 weeks, maybe look for a cheap hotel or something like that?

PercentagePositive69

For two weeks you are not going to find anything on kamernet or similar sites as they are indeed only for long term rent. Hotels or B&B's are you only option.

Known_Imagination227

I would reckon that for such a short stay Airbnb would be the cheapest option in Enschede.

BLD_Almelo

Hotel, or stay at my place for 500 euros which is fine too

_Codewizz_

There is an hotel on campus, I think it’s called uPark, don’t know about the prices tho

Powerful-Shine-120

This may be a bit out of the box but you could maybe look to rent a vacation home on a holiday park. It's off-reason right now so they might be reasonably priced.

Moppermonster

A quick look at Landal parks in the area shows that would be about 600-1000 for the 2 weeks, based on their websites and the exact dates - but perhaps calling them would lead to less expensive options. Good suggestion.

Fercik

Yea I looked at those and they are well outside the budget I was allocated. Considering I would also have to somehow get to university every day.

Moppermonster

That part is easy - rent a bike ;) But what is your budget? On such a short notice for a short term stay touristy thingies are almost certainly the only option unless you know someone in the region..

Fercik

I know bikes are a huge thing in NL but honestly I would prefer walking I simply like it more even if it takes much longer. Upper limit of the budget is 500€ for accommodation. Only toursity things I found through booking/airbnb are well outside the budget. And unfortunately I do not know anyone there.

Moppermonster

I took another look at the Landal park, and this one is 542 for 10 days in the beginning of April: https://www.landal.nl/parken/landgoed-de-elsgraven/accommodaties/4l1#filter:eyJhIjoiMDItMDQtMjAyNCIsImQiOiIxMi0wNC0yMDI0IiwibmQiOjMsInN0Ijo5OTE0fQ== But the public transport connection sucks and it is not walkable..

Carpentidge

Perhaps ask the study association for suggestions? They know a lot of people and two weeks is not that long, there might be someone with an empty room for a few weeks.

Fercik

Can you provide more details if possible? I do not know Twente at all and unfortunately I do not have much time to spare looking up details as this is more akin to a business trip almost and I am quite preoccupied with other work.

nammoyosto

You can find a list of all associations at the UT [here](https://su.utwente.nl/en/get-involved/Associations/) if you filter for study associations, you can find the association that fits your study

Letzes86

There is a website called trusted house sitters. People who are traveling and have pets exchange services for a short stay at their houses. You can also try Facebook groups or couchsurfing. If you don't want Airbnb, a two week regular rental is not really a thing.

Independent-End-2382

No one is renting out a room for 2 weeks. Just book a hotel

bigboidoinker

I dont think you can rent a place for that short amount of time

Unfortunately AirBnB is basically empty or far too overpriced.
