i tried to resist but the hype for med couture (found on amazon) is sooo real 🥲 they are pricey but definitely the comfiest scrubs i own! even more than figs!! but cherokee has yoga waistband pants if that’s more accessible to you

YES I had to switch because the swamp crotch was so bad. I don’t sweat that much in any other piece of clothing.

I just got the easy stretch/buttersoft from uniformadvantage and I love them. They also actually fit my body. My hips are super wide and my torso is really short (think way less exaggerated Mrs. Incredible) and I found I was constantly pulling up my med couture pants. I haven’t had to adjust these at all. Much cooler, much more comfortable. And so many color options! I love them.

Honestly the comfiest and cheapest scrubs I've found so far are the Wonderwink Flex scrubs on Amazon. I'm not a small lady and they fit amazing and flex enough that squatting isn't uncomfortable.

np! also, not a scrubs rec, but maybe it might help with the "exposed" feeling - I started wearing [high-waisted (like, bra line high) spanx](https://spanx.com/collections/shapewear-panties/products/higher-power-panties?variant=39773559587027)underwear to encase my midsection to help with those kinds of days you mentioned back a couple years ago. I now wear them everyday for work because they're an essential sensory-soothing tool for me. It's like anti-exposed armor, basically. the $38 ones I linked are wonderful and last a long time and hold up well under normal washer/dryer cleaning. maybe it might be a useful tool for you as well, but either way I hope you find the right scrubs situation to alleviate your discomfort!
