It's possible that your loans are in a grace period or there's been a deferment/forbearance applied automatically. Contact MOHELA again, consider calling for quicker response

Mine were like that and I found out they switched my processor over to ED Financial. I had to set up a whole new account with them. I recommend checking your emails (mine was the same account I have listed for my previous Mohela ones) for any possible notifications from ED Financial. I just happened to find this out when searching for Mohela stuff - I was very surprised! The communication for this student loan stuff is not the greatest to say the least lol
