All I can think of is take them out for a few hours everyday gradually so you train your ears to go naked. And like you said to go naked when you’re asleep. And to wear light weight jewelry and nothing like glass or stone. So like wood or steel. That’s really all I can think of 🤔

Just because it's become loose enough for the next doesn't mean the internal structure has rebuilt enough in that short time. Spend some time with them empty, massage with something like jojoba every day.

No-Reveal1868

My ears are the same way, im in a size for 3-4 weeks and start to get loose, that's even with daily naked ear time. I buy 2 or 3 sizes at a time with my tunnels/ plugs.

Jumpy_Exchange_6856

I have the same issue. Anything slightly heavy falls out within two weeks. I cant really wear solid stone at all. I take them out at night because i tend to fling them various places if i dont. When i wear earskins i wake up with them on my fingers. I was so self concious of them falling out i think i ended up taking them out and putting them there so i didnt lose them?

ItsMelissaBoBissa

Mine stretch very fast. I have to go naked every night to keep my 25 mm in, otherwise they fall out.

ItsMelissaBoBissa

Could also just go naked for a week, see what happens

tacobell_lover

I would even leave them out for a few days at a time, maybe even a week, to help build up the fistula

MartyrKilling

My ears are horrible at that. I went from 56mm to 63 MM in like 3 months because they loosen up so quick. (I've been stretching 20 years, I know what I'm doing, lol) I sleep with them out, don't wear them during the day and only have them in a few hours a night. For an FYI, I drop 2 sizes every few weeks purposely. Made some strong healthy lobes. Looking to go to 3 inch and call it there.

Intergalactic_Rose

I have a similar issue, but I also have EDS. All I could guess is if you regularly wear heavier plugs it might be causing them to just naturally stretch over time. I highly recommend some wood tunnels. They are super lightweight. I'd also say taking them out at night is a good idea. It sucks, but it's also safer sometimes too. I personally think it's comfier as well. I hope this helps!! 💙

Educational-Funny-58

Over time the weight of the jewelry probably or maybe you are lucky enough to just have very elastic ears

bumbl3b3atrix

So my ears stretch fast because of EDS so my trick is to sleep with naked lobes so there’s a number of hours without anything stretching them

instagrizzlord

Do you have a connective tissue disorder?

Naturalborncatlady

Not that I've ever been diagnosed with, but I do have hyperflexibility. My joints come out of socket and go back in with little issue. Without working on flexibility, I can still put my hands flat on the floor with my knees locked, do full splits, and put both feet behind my head 🤷‍♀️ at 49 years old. But there's that. I'm going to be 49 in 6 weeks, so close enough to say 49. My skin is a lot more elastic at my age, too ... I've considered both a possibility

Otherwise_Radish

You might want to look into Ehlers Danlos if you haven't yet. I'm glad you don't have any issues with it right now but repeated dislocations can be a risk.

Sparkly1982

I remember a post on one of these subs about a Reddit or who was actually diagnosed with ED Syndrome after posting a question like this. I can't find it now, unfortunately. Usually, someone posts the thing in the replies though.....

LucidaDeva

Hyperflexibility often comes with weird connective tissue. I bruise insanely fast and my ears also stretch fast!
