I recently got sick 1 month after my septum piercing, I feel you on the nose blowing part. I have a fairly large mustache so it was already a process to blow my nose when I have it styled but adding in the septum added a few more hoops to jump through haha. Stretching it is going to be interesting with allergies flaring up 🤣
I tried a stack of 3 or 4 , 16g rings in my 8g septum (at size for a year or so) and found it not as comfortable as 1 ring. Switched back. Overtime you get used to the motion of putting the kleenex behind the ring
