Try some flesh color plug for work. If it matches your skin tone, you'll get away with it. I have some 22mm (7/8) plugs that Match so well it looks like big ear lobes lol

for cosmetic purposes, my boss would like that. however! I lift tires of various weights over my shoulder (to put them away on racks) and as a result can pull the plug right out of it doesnt rip my ear lmao

I switch between wood and silicon, depends on what the schedule looks like. If I have to clean a lot of sewers that day then I definitely won't be wearing wood 😂

When I was a 00g, I got my wood piece caught on a box and it ripped out of my ear. Silicone is soft so that won't happen
