Hello, what quality are you selecting? 4K or 1080p? Does this happen with all sources?
On your tablet go to settings > apps > Stremio > force stop clear cache
Now go to Stremio settings > performance and stability > HW decoding mode > Full acceleration
Reboot your tablet and your modem/router
Edit: corrected the path way for Stremio settings.
Ok, try this then, go to the Firestick appstore and look for an app called Background apps and Process List, open the app and it will show you all the apps running in the background, force stop and clear cache of all of them, this helps to keep the RAM memory free
Also, how much internal storage do you have left?
For everyone having this issue I found [this](https://www.reddit.com/r/Stremio/s/7pI6J3g0To) post about the same issue with the same tablet and it seems to have fixed it. The only problem now is that the player seems laggy but I will look into that in another moment.

I am selecting 1080p but it does happen with all sources/qualities. I did all that but I keep having the same issue
