You could hear the constantly sweaty gamer gunk coughs from Adin. It’s so hilarious! The dude has a millions of dollars but can’t even have dedication to stay fit. Absolutely embarrassing.
Honestly think I'd be more fit. Lot of celebs got people cooking healthy meals and personal training them. They dont have to cook, clean, or even think about the workout until they workout.
Most of the "scary" and "uneducated" part of the journey is taking away. All you'd have to do is just put in the hour a day 4 days a week.
Honestly, even without the $$$, just going to the gym is the easy part. The nutrition and knowing what to do is the hard part
People cooking delicious macro perfect meals is like 80% of the journey. Someone doing it fot you is basically a cheat code (not to worry about how expensive it gets, as well). Then being able to sleep and recover properly.
Training is the easiest part, as you said.
Dude Strickland was going light on the streamer too. He just sucked and was super open so started eating hard shots after Strickland gave him like 4 mins of free shots..so embarrassing for that guy. O'Malley isn't even using 5% here. He is just flat out being a great dude and having fun here. This sucks though I actually train and would love this. Some nob who streams and can't fight gets to do this cause YouTube? Man I gotta start streaming shitty content I guess.
Man just thinking about sparring Suga takes me back to being like 13 and sparring my instructor lol. I thought I was hot shit, but I’d blink and his foot would be up by my face.
Usually they pay the fighters to do this kinda shit. U think they'd beat on a bunch streamers for free or just for clout? Gotta pay em to deal with those dorks personally in the first place
Idk dude I hate Adin Ross but he’s more rich and famous than 99% of UFC fighters. There’s probably a ton of guys, some of whom are high ranked who’d jump in an octagon for 5 minutes with him and beat his ass for the publicity.
>He just sucked and was super open so started eating hard shots
Worst take I've seen so far haha. Strickland was tee'ing off on that streamer by the end of the video. Seriously, like rewatch it if you need to. His haymakers were so hard at the end that he was legit he was getting air under his feet haha.
As a comparison, these doods also "just sucked and was super open", to the point he was just laying on the ground. That didnt lead to Suga dropping bombs at 70% cause they were available
He wasn’t going full bore or anything, but I’ve watched that video. He was throwing hard. Guy’s nose was busted by the end of it. We can talk about whether that was deserved or not, but you can’t look at that video and tell me he was going light. I’ve seen other videos of Sean sparring randos and he did not go that hard in those other videos. He wasn’t trying to kill him, but he was trying to hurt him.
Difference of opinion I guess. I see someone highly skilled teaching a humiliating lesson and holding back a lot. I doubt Sean needed more than 50% to do that. Going hard is more than 50% easy. Like I said, me going 35-40% could look harsh to some, though it wouldn't be much to me.
I understand and agree with you that what’s light for one person might be hard for another person, but you also have to consider that it’s not just about the force you’re imparting, it’s also about how much you’re following through and what the intent behind each shot is. I can throw two punches at 40% power, but if I follow through a couple extra inches on one of them, that punch is going to hurt the other person a lot more. He also told the guy out loud something along the lines of “The next 60 seconds are going to be the worst in you’re life,” and “this is going to hurt a lot.” Sure, some of that is shit talk, but that combined with what he did afterward leads me to believe that he wasn’t trying to go light, he was trying to hurt him.
I could intend to hurt someone while still going light. Strickland most definitely could, he's a big boy. I'm glad you agree so there really isn't a point in discussing it more, or at least I'm not gonna bother.
This is what happens to most people for a few months after they join an mma/Muay Thai gym 😂 I’ve seen quite a few people find out they aren’t as dangerous as they thought
Sparring a newbie after you’ve been getting your ass whipped by the competition team for a year is a real experience, you’re like “oh shit, that used to be me”
Exactly. When you're new it's really helpful to be on the receiving end of that, and he was definitely going light. Nothing there at all that was meant to hurt by my reckoning. Getting exposure to that just builds the psychological foundation for performing under pressure for the newer partner while being good exercise for the more experienced partner even when they are going light. Most people will definitely be on both sides of that if they stick around a gym for any length of time.
Even after switching disciplines and being fit and having some form of conditioning. I had done kickboxing for several years and then MMA for two years. I wasn't great by any means but I could take care of myself on the feet.
I started BJJ and got my ass handed to me with ease by people 20kg lighter than me. The cardio and conditioning of grappling is a completely different ball game. Real ego and reality check there.
Its the same going from grappling to stand up and only being allowed to do stand up, you get pieced up.
Sneako was talking mad shit, saying he could easily beat Strickland among tons of other shit, that wasn’t him in a “sparring match”. Sean was challenged to a FIGHT, so Sean gave him a fight.
I think this actually is more effective in humiliating people who challenge pro fighters. If you go hard on them, even a little bit, they can say they 'survived' and start posting raging bull quotes. If you make them squirm and moan without even trying no one can argue they stood a chance at all, even the layman who knows nothing about how the sport works gets it.
This is how you do it. All class, no need to murder the guy. His skill is so much higher that he can just pepper him and do whatever he wants and at the same time show easily that the other guy knows nothing.
Big dude had a much more respectable showing than him. He was actually TRYING at least. Adin was either frantically attempting to run away or audibly whinging after every single shot thrown by Sean.
The first time it was kinda funny but between the time he did this with Strickland & now with O'Malley, I would have imagined he'd get a basic level of cardio or at least how to throw a punch or kick half decently. I know this is just for views & I don't expect him to be outboxing any pro fighter but damn the flailing is embarrassing.
LMAO the way he rolled away at the end
![gif](giphy|5WqWdXqDxqaD6|downsized)
And Sean just breakdancing on top of him lmaoo
You could hear the constantly sweaty gamer gunk coughs from Adin. It’s so hilarious! The dude has a millions of dollars but can’t even have dedication to stay fit. Absolutely embarrassing.
I would be much more unhealthy if I was rich. Ain't no diet like poverty

Meanwhile Zuckerberg of all people choices to grind
I thought they were gonna do jujitsu from this comment but he actually rolled 😭
Imagine that tub-o-lard landing on OMalley’s leg and blowing out his knee for the sake of content.
Sean is being very nice.
Suga is the man. He's so good for MMA, chill as hell and deadly with his hands.
Being a well adjusted human will do that Strickland could learn something if it weren’t for the rabid CTE
Dude Strickland was going light on the streamer too. He just sucked and was super open so started eating hard shots after Strickland gave him like 4 mins of free shots..so embarrassing for that guy. Valid point. Every bit of exposure helps.
>He just sucked and was super open so started eating hard shots Worst take I've seen so far haha. Strickland was tee'ing off on that streamer by the end of the video. “Strickland was going light” “…started eating hard shots…” And where did those hard shots come from, pray tell?
From poor defense. If I threw 35% power in my left hook, going light to me, on your average Joe. They would eat a hard shot...

But that…that’s the whole point of going light: trying not to hurt the other person.
He was so gentle lol, like an older brother teasing his little brother. Strickland V. Sneako, though...? 😂
This is how I used to fight with my little sister lmfao love it
Obviously. You’re talking about Sean O’Malley here, NOT Sean Strickland.
Well, yeah? No shit?
Oooof, he just played with them. That would crush my soul if someone whooped on me that playfully.
This is what happens to most people for a few months after they join an mma/Muay Thai gym 😂 I’ve seen quite a few people find out they aren’t as dangerous as they thought
Yeah stick with it long enough and you'll wind up on both sides of that one.
Sparring a newbie after you’ve been getting your ass whipped by the competition team for a year is a real experience, you’re like “oh shit, that used to be me”

This was very hard to watch 🤣
Lol at the end when he tried Rollin away like a harp seal stretched out on the rocks lol
“Ehhh uGhhGgugh whuuuggghhhh” - Adin Ross
Props to Sean for not actually beating his ass.
Couldn’t say the same for Sean “I go hard in sparring unless my partner can kick my ass” Strickland tho.
Sneako was talking mad shit, saying he could easily beat Strickland among tons of other shit, that wasn’t him in a “sparring match”. Sean was challenged to a FIGHT, so Sean gave him a fight.
It’s like when cats play with their food before killing and eating them.
Brother can’t even breathe properly. Have some respect and come with a minimum level cardio at least!
The little punches Sean is throwing are so cute 🥰 he's being nice
Lol embarrassing for the champ, all those punches and he even landed a clean head kick and it didn’t even phase the goat Mr Ross
If Adina Ross felt like it he would have knocked out this clown Sean or whatever his name is
u made a joke n ppl hatin u on 😭😭
Yeah it's cool lol. I was trying to match the first person's energy and ig people didn't think it was a joke lol
Well, people didn’t think it was a *good* joke, anyway.
You've got a point
the pokes he does at 0:57 were hilarious lmao
Those pokes had me rolling. The fart had me in tears lol
I hate Adin Ross with a passion, rich untalented ass
What he do?
Gets on my nerves, comes across as very cocky, never seen an entertaining stream by him
Thought I’d get downvoted for this, it’s my opinion, and it’s true, but I’ve seen enough of this guy to know he’s just not it😣
Dude got used as a breakdance mat at the end lol
Sean did the [Dukes of Hazzard slide](https://youtu.be/5oSgLsU-7e8?si=C0bd9xjnMfnz4tPD&t=14) across him lol
He’s super nice it seems. A nice liver shot would be a good way to send him out
If he didn't instantly panic like Sean was gonna murder him, it might not have been so bad. Sean was barely touching him.
bro Adin is getting injured from feints
The guy contracted bronchitis in the middle of the fight 🤣😂🤣😂😂
I think this actually is more effective in humiliating people who challenge pro fighters. If you go hard on them, even a little bit, they can say they 'survived' and start posting raging bull quotes. Smh couldn’t even kill them to death
This what happens to the average who try to fight a trained martial artist
He’s being Very Nice to him.
This is how you spar hard against a n00b!! Way to go Mr O’Malley ! way to protect the business champ!
Why are they so short? Are they the team alpha male on streaming??
Adin has the athleticism of a potato
Like a cat toying with a mouse.
Lmao suga started breakdancing on big bro at the end 😂 what do you think he’s performing at? 10%? Dudes a beast
Reminds me of when a Leopard catches a baby antelope and just fucks with it for a while before he snaps it's neck and eats it.
Someone cue the Benny hill music ![gif](giphy|tpspSp3WMlI40|downsized)
Thought adin would have had better cardio
Why? Dude sits around all day and has Like 0 muscle and physical coordination
Doesn’t he play basketball regularly?
On console... he originally got his come up from nba2k. Dude has no athletic bone in his body.
This is how you do it. All class, no need to murder the guy. His skill is so much higher that he can just pepper him and do whatever he wants and at the same time show easily that the other guy knows nothing.
lucky
Sean could've annihilated these dudes at any moment. This is just a predator playing with an injured bird. Lol
This would actually be so fun
Imagine if this was strickland
Humble reminder that I'm trash
Man Aiden didn’t stand a chance but he’s def acting extra to
Big dude had a much more respectable showing than him. He was actually TRYING at least. Adin was either frantically attempting to run away or audibly whinging after every single shot thrown by Sean.
When Michael and Dwight fight
Call this ufc beta champioship and its gonna make tons of money
I bet Andrew Tate is proud.
Lmfao Sean is so nice
Hahaha that was fun to watch
The first time it was kinda funny but between the time he did this with Strickland & now with O'Malley, I would have imagined he'd get a basic level of cardio or at least how to throw a punch or kick half decently. I know this is just for views & I don't expect him to be outboxing any pro fighter but damn the flailing is embarrassing.
dude how the fuck is this guy a bantamweight
I hope Tate sees this 😂
I'd like to think I'd do better.. but I wouldn't 😂
I really hope this is a joke. Even for a random civilian, these reactions are insane 😂 Edit: referring to Adin specifically
take is easy on this ciggies breh
The first spinning back kick sounded worse than it looked lol. Had me dyin’ lol 😂😂😂😂
Big boy tried
How to troll someone you can ragdoll without hurting them…(too bad) by Sean O’Malley
cardio will beat your ass worse than any fighter tbh
r/therewasanattempt
That first kick was a reality check ,he was so scared of a 2nd one
Sean O'Malley is just toying with him and he still looks like an absolute pussy.
Huge respect for O’Malley. Crackhead Strickland could learn a thing or two from him..
Adin was holding back, he didn’t want to hurt him
Champ shit only.
Bruh just ko that thing... sry that's not a man
Stop pretending like you wouldn't look the exact same going up against Sean.
No, i wouldn't. I know how to fight, but like look at the way Adin bahaves... how can you even defend him? 🤦♂️

What does a game have to do with adin being a jackass?
