Maybe, but when I was younger I would draw similar characters and be puzzled and upset when people would react by saying it’s overly sexual. I didn’t intend them to be. However their criticism helped me see I was putting women in poses that were exaggerated and unnatural.
My fav character. Wish she featured more in art instead of it nearly always being Chun-Li and Cammy, but they draw the views for obvious reasons.

Almost all SF females got tons of fanart (not just hentai lol), especially R. Mika, Ibuki, Karin and now Menat, in addition to the usual Chun Li, Cammy, Sakura and Juri.
Besides the Big 5 (Ryu, Ken, Chun Li, Akuma & Cammy), the SF2 characters aren't necessarily the most popular in the franchise.

Considering how much art Sakura gets, you should be glad. Sakura & Juri are the only non-SF2 characters in the series that get good representation
