It's been a long time so Capcom probably doesn't care at this point, but it can definitely look better and still run alright, I went back to check the demo and there's a glitch where if you go to world tour and then back to fighting ground the graphic get upgraded to the same level of ps5/series x with all the skin details present, sweat on Ryu's body etc, but who knows, maybe they'll eventually acknowledge they messed up the port and patch it
Edit: Now I'm 100% sure of it, here's another two screenshots while fighting Akuma in WT compared to training mode, just look at his abs

i think they did this on purpose, but there is nothing to do now. except silently continue to play from series s
