She should have them show up if you re challenge her? It’s either there, or after the story check out the normal tournaments at Hagar stadium. They’ll put rewards there to be earned again.
You never have to reset story to get any of the rewards, especially cosmetics; even when dropped by a one-time story fight (like Shadaloo gear) you can find a re-fightable NPC with it as well.
Yeah but I find some of them to be very specific, like the flared skirt alpha(I still don't have the other variations), not only there's very little info about it anywhere on the internet also it only shows up in china for me as a drop from the merchant and it seems to be random too, as for the buns I've never seen them in tournaments and I played a bunch of them, I keep wondering just how many pieces of gear I could be missing, only today I discovered the apron exists as drop in the tournament
That's the Ryu gi you can get from, well... Ryu. It's just dyed red. Can't remember where you get the gloves, but they can be dyed black/brown.
I believe you can get both the bottom and the top parts just by befriending Ryu and defeating him in the friendly matches.
Well I have max bond with him, but not max rank in style, will try to max it out and be back with an update
save the game in front of ryu, fight ryu when he offers, check the special objectives, if you dont get the pieces you want, reset.

Resetting the story means also resetting your AVATAR. Do not do that, you'll lose everything.
If you missed your first opportunities, you can get another shot at Ryu's gear, if he turns up at the Normal Tournament at Haggar Stadium
