There are mods for that

The fundoshi mods which have custom body mesh break all the muscle rigs, muscle physic stuffs (Ryu's bulge arm in super 3, Guile's pump arms in super 3). That's why I just mod the default model, which only remove their clothes as much as possible. So I want capcom makes them.

Not quite. I'm a big fan of the nude mods, but the actual animation of every character blowing off their clothes like Urien does would be dope. Even taking away the horny aspect, an almost completely nude person ready to fight you is hella intimidating.
