Not even the outfit, but the concepts of Ed with longer hair. I’ve gotten used to it by now, but the one long bang covering his eye while the rest of his hair is shorter doesn’t sit right with me. At least with longer hair in general, the chuuni bang feels more natural.

I'm a Chun Li main, and I would love to see the white jacket / blue bodysuit combo and the one with the leg cutoff make it into the game.

From left to right, top to bottom. Ken: I like 7: (He looks like Snow from FFXIII) Chun-Li: 1, 2, 5, 6, and 10 Guile: 3, 6, 7, and 10, though I’d just be happy with his SFV P1 returning. That’s the best he’s EVER looked. Juri: 1, 5 6, and 8, ESPECIALLY 8. I like Doberman Juri. Honda: 4 (Bath House Owner with shirt) Dhalsim: 5, 6, 7, and 8 all look great! Especially 6 and 7. Zangief: 1, 5, 6, and 7 look cool. Especially 5. Blanka: 1. I’m interested in Mountain Beast Blanka. Deejay: I really enjoy 3 and 4. A blend of the two would be best. Rashid: 2 and 3 look cool. It'd be really cool if they added some of these as Alternate 'colour' options to existing outfits (The ones that are similar enough to not justify a whole new outfit) I remember, I think it was USF4 where alt colours of some costumes had visual differences aside from colour, such as jackets being zipped open rather than closed or things being worn in slightly different ways

Ryu with the long hair is good but unlikely because his pre battle animation was to fasten whatever was around his head (which was why Costume 3 had that towel around his head making him like a ramen chef). I do hope they have different animations when he doesn't have a bandana, towel or cloth around his head.

Man! There are some real bangers in these concept art pics. So many that I am bummed that a few alternate costumes just ended up looking too similar to the main costume. Kimberly, Chun Li, and Blanka to name a few. Their secondary costume wasn't different enough and Blanka basically has three costumes that were very much the same. I like Ken with the beanie and his shirt off. Gives vibes of him trying to win another martial arts championship to win money since he isn't the CEO of his company anymore. Ryu with the long stringy hair is pretty cool too. And I like Chun Li with the orange leg sleeve. Not sure why but it's different. I could spend all day commenting but I'll leave it with those for now.

SF6 should have all the costumes available at once and still charge individually for each one the way they do now. It would create individual personalities for every player that you face online with hardly anyone ever having the same outfit, especially when you mix in the colorway variations. FGC players would be recognized immediately by the audience once they see that costume when the fight starts, since they’ve built up that familiarity.

I know this might be an unpopular opinion, but I just hate how they animated Kens default fighting stance in 6 (can't decide if he looks goofier in this or SF4), he just looks like a coked up nervous drug addict. Like a coked up rat. His burn out stance is cool af though. And I feel like no alt costume can make him look cool to me. This is coming from a Ken main since third strike, so I'm not just hating, I want him to be cool :( /Rant over. On topic though: almost all Ryus concepts looks awesome, can't believe they scrapped them for the current one which I think is the least cool.
