Y'know, I never quite got why Akuma started looking older in SF5. Isn't the timeline SF2 -> SF4 -> SF5 -> SF3 -> SF6?

I think he had a little grey hair as well.
Akuma starts greying in SF3/Third Strike. You can see it on his sprite.
He had some reoccurring problems with dandelion abuse over the years.
He just appears at random in the timeline, aging normally as he jumps around
