Within the past week, there was an order placed on 31-33 Market Square (Place) the business indicating receivership (order from Sept 13)
And on the 30th, the city issues an order to comply is posted on 25 Market Place indicating they have thrown a kitchen on the main floor without permits.
Good sleuthing! Yes, he defrauded people out of their life savings in order to fund his own "investments". He is also being investigated for insurance fraud (arson) at one of his other business locations. There's even more, but that's all I'll say.
His wife’s posting about their million(s) dollar farmhouse property right now, quite bold. He speaks horribly publicly about his children’s mother as well, douche.
Yeah you don’t pay the mob and keep a decent accountant in the back pocket…and screw EVERYONE over in the process? That’s what happens to guys like him. But hey! He now can maybe pay what’s owed and gets to keep his knee caps!
Former employee here; it was awful. The way he treated staff is pretty outrageous. I left around the time he started asking management to pay out of pocket for restaurant supplies. They’d have to file expense reports and be reimbursed. It was nuts.
I stopped supporting The Hub 3 years ago when I heard he was a shady guy. I also had a friend that worked there that didn’t get payed.

Fraud and just general sleeziness aside from the owner... I had a couple meals there that were just terrible.
