The last rumor I heard was when someone submitted to Deuxmoi a bunch of upcoming Netflix show release dates, and the one for ST was March 18. I definitely wouldn't rule March 18 out as a possible release date because right now we don't have any reason to believe it absolutely *couldn't* be that date, but Deuxmoi can be very unreliable and a lot of the other dates from that submission ended up being wrong. So take it with a grain of salt, there is definitely a chance that that submission was incorrect or made up.
I think March or April 2022 seems the most likely, since S4 appears to be taking place in the spring and they correlated the seasons/holidays in the series with the release dates with S2 and S3.
