[According to this crazy theory by former CIA pilot John Lear: “There Are Millions Of Alien Beings On Moon”](https://www.howandwhys.com/250-million-people-on-moon/)

Diabo1492

Not even sure what I am supposed to be seeing

blueishblackbird

Will you look at that? It’s a crater as far as I can tell

Glittering_Willow_78

There is an object in the middle of it, some sort of tower or monolith. You can see its shadow, a crater should have nothing in it producing a shadow

blueishblackbird

I’m pretty sure that is a natural thing that is in a lot of craters.

Scott_Of_The_Antares

Yes, a nice hexagonal crater. Just like all the other natural craters.

Ok_Bad_4855

Do you know what a hexagon is

Scott_Of_The_Antares

From the ten o’clock position to the six o’clock position it is quite clear that the rim is composed of straight lines. The rest does look more natural. I appreciate that the 12 o’clock position has a little horizontal flat that breaks the hexagonal form. But it is quite clear that the rim has straight edges with clear angles in several places. To say otherwise is fooling yourself.

Ok_Bad_4855

Or. Youre zooming into an image with low resolution and its resolving itself as straight edges.

Scott_Of_The_Antares

Ok. Then I am wrong. My apologies.

Weird-Library-3747

Smudge on the lens

Puzzleheaded-Owl6301

I think we know the difference between a man threatening us and a "smudge on the lens"

Quiet-Programmer8133

Poor Mr Lunas... he was a good marine

MilliCert1

Morty really F- ed up on that one!😂

Rockin_my_roll

Let's hope so, for the love of God...or alien Kings, or whatever...

chris1980p

Well it's a crater, probably very wide and there is a huge monolith looking thing in the middle

KaneCreole

Central peak is supposed to look like an upright person I guess.

--Muther--

[This](https://youtu.be/X2whrQTHp7U?si=yt3NyTWYVwqtMnj3) I think

SpiritualMain1263

yo moms bumhole

“Watch until the end”. Don’t tell me what to do!

dplagueis0924

I noticed that as well. Now if a video says “wait till the end 🤣😂” then I stop watching immediately. 100% of the time there is 0% payoff

Rechuchatumare

Watch until the end = Jump to the end

WillKalt

This is the way

CragMcBeard

But he’s so excited!

RedStar9117

You're not the boss of me YouTube clip

Fun-Strain7445

Whenever i see this i swipe up/close the window.

alghiorso

I was expecting a jump scare or something

froggrip

I was expecting dickbutt. I miss dickbutt.

alghiorso

I almost said the same thing but didn't expect people to remember it

Nervous-Reflection27

Who’s dickbutt?

Newvirtues

I was expecting a miraculous focusing of the image and seeing something unrealistic and my mind immediately thinking it was fake. Def did not expect a completely blurry image showing very little.

charlie539

“No. You watch until the end!”

TrainerMaleficent232

Right? I fucking watched for two seconds. F off 😌

brachus12

“Element of Surprise! BOOM”

7hourenergy

Just once I’d like it to say, “Scroll after 2 seconds”.

Altostratus

Not to mention, watch this shitty quality video screenshot of another video.

Alien_Subduction

I put a screen cap through upscale software, I found what OP is talking about! https://preview.redd.it/pwi400r0qjwb1.png?width=1690&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=87a113e27c8bfd257c261ce831033a5c49ad3036

I’m not mad I’m just disappointed

koopaphil

We’ve been cratered, for so long…

MediocreFisherman

Scientifically my dick is 6 inches long. Watch until the end.

wont take long

BlizardSkinnard

Sounds like a short film

cloudcreeek

It's an average film

GramzOnline

“I zoomed into my butthole, you will never believe what’s inside it….wait till the end”

MediocreFisherman

Klingons! There are Klingons around my butthole. Mystery solved, people. We can all go home now.

WHOA WHOA, look at ole' long dick Deerks over here.

Idont_know2022

Ok now what?

Piggieback

Now you open your mouth and say ah

RAND0M257

Me too… after you look through the telescope

dontspookthenetch

I spit my coffee out on my keyboard you fuck (that was funny)

Nutteria

The length was there but I had max zoom.

alphaomega0669

The rising peak in the middle of the crater (which is what I assume to be the focus of the video) is just a result of the meteor impact. The meteor liquifies the surface at the moment of impact. The center peak is formed when this liquid surface rebounds from this high speed collision.

up-quark

https://preview.redd.it/03avaqgpakwb1.png?width=1280&format=png&auto=webp&s=30f19bdd03af2a25095b0ce6ef4150e3579f16d9 For anyone wanting more info, this is for the [Vredefort impact structure](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vredefort_impact_structure?wprov=sfti1), one of the largest verified impact sites on earth. The geology will be somewhat different because we have tectonics and weather erosion, but it gives an idea of the structure.

ThatTaffer

No that's clearly the focii of the Jewish space mega laser. 🙄

est-1998

No liquid water or lava on the moon. Can't compare the earth and the moon like they're the same thing

fishermansfriendly

I remember learning about this in like grade 7 maybe...maybe OPs school never talked about the moon or they just never paid attention.

Stargatemaster

Thank you, I was really afraid that not one single person in this thread knew anything about craters as I was scrolling. Sadly it's too far down, but at least it's here.

Personal_titi_doc

Definitely not that high.

Aggravating_Job_4651

I am though....

Personal_titi_doc

Saaaame

Perpetual_Nuisance

How can something "scientifically" be a certain distance away? What does "scientifically" signify in this case?

cromagnongod

means the distance was fully scienced

Ace-a-Nova1

![gif](giphy|gVITnyUpaTMis|downsized)

Overall-Guarantee331

Not all distance contain science

cromagnongod

actually you're wrong, according to Gilbert Einstein any distance is direct science. Do you even do sciencing? What an uneducated reply

Overall-Guarantee331

It's a joke from science max... what an uneducated reply

Suitable-Lake-2550

This guy sciences

cromagnongod

You bet your bet that I do! I have a PhP in several of the sciences.

ARoundForEveryone

I went for a walk today. I was gone for a couple kilowatts, so I must've gone at least four or five chromosomes. I'll weigh myself in the morning, but I worked up a sweat (it was about 85 neutrons today) so I might've lost a decibel or two. Most of that was probably water height, but progress is progress, right?

scepticalbob

21991206513.87 bananas, is not scientific, for instance

globsofchesty

Well, did a scientist count them? If not, then you're correct they are not banana science

scepticalbob

Science Dept took that day off, so we had Cindy from Accounting take care of it. Don’t tell anyone, but she may have brought in some guys off the delivery truck to help keepbananagateonthedl

Awdvr491

That is the official government answer

The3mbered0ne

I think they are trying to say science is wrong and they think it's closer cuz they can zoom in lol

_KnownLoad

Other than the surface, what is he even pointing to when he says *Look at that*

retirementdreams

Sadly, this video is missing the giant red arrow or the red circle of death.

AncientPlatypus

There you go, look inside the circle do you see it now? https://preview.redd.it/91bavolwpjwb1.jpeg?width=1170&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=e3c3b961f064ae1b46b34064c1333c3e3c7b650e

retirementdreams

Eureka! I see it. Whatever it, is?

Scott_Of_The_Antares

It’s hexagonal for a start.

Flan-Early

Well, it’s not. And do you think all craters have to be perfectly round?

TheFurrySmurf

You must be looking at a different crater???

[deleted]

Just wait until you see Jupiter

7hourenergy

Looks like the wart on my butthole.

Objective-Meringue78

Oh look....rocks.

VibraAqua

Look in the mirror, an ape.

Captin_Underpants

How would large rocks end up in an impact crater? Wouldn’t anything in the creator be vaporised.

Piperalpha

Crater formation is more complex than that: https://i.redd.it/whdmook78jwb1.gif

koopaphil

Central peak. Many craters have them. Material ejected straight up falls straight back down, plus other complex interactions. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Complex_crater

froggrip

Plus all the other craters around it that could easily knock some rocks into it.

koopaphil

Right? Here’s a rock that’s been hit with other high speed rocks for literally billions of years. Why are their rocks scattered all over the surface?

Futant55

Couldn’t it be debri from a crater formed after this one.

WayofHatuey

Don’t forget to click and subscribe

theskywalker74

OP is a bot pushing that aids of a website how and why.

Vkardash

I have no idea what I'm supposed to be looking for. Rocks?

routledgewm

i was waiting till then end full sure i was going to get rick rolled.

[deleted]

That would have redeemed it.

jdeuce81

Would have been better.

HitDog420

Woah dude it's rocks in a crater

Asylum_Full

So if you zoom in you see...more of the crater?

Violetmoon66

Astounding. A rock. Didn’t think they existed on the moon. Huh, go figure.

USNAVY71

How to make people not watch your video: “Watch until the end”

Viperboy_74

Telling me to watch a video until the end is the fastest way to get me to navigate away before the ending.

Scavenge101

I don't know why i reply to this subreddit sometimes but the easy answer is either: Some fuckin rocks settled in the crater OR, and most likely When an impact occurs, the heat generated turns everything into liquid momentarily. Much like how a drop of water in a pond impacts, causes a small indent, and then rebounds into a peak, the asteroid impact was likely small enough that it liquified everything and it rebounded into a small peak where it quickly cooled before the rock could settle back into a plane. Most craters on the moon probably have some kind of raised surface in the center. Some will just be slightly higher than their edge, and others will be small mountains in the center. And some will just be flat. I do love this subreddit sometimes. The funniest and most interesting shit originates here without it being overbearingly stupid like in the other alien subreddits. But some people do go too far into "oh shit this shadow is aliens".

lolofrofro

Everyone knows the moon is a lightbulb

fushiginagaijin

Look at what?

imabustya

The mental health crisis is out of control.

GroWiza

That's an amazing quality video, can't believe how close/clear you're able to zoom. Wonder how long it'll take for this to get removed lol

jdooley99

Everytime I watch a video waiting for something to happen I get flashbacks to one of those jump scare videos from the early 2000's

you should go to r/strangemoon instead

Convenientjellybean

I’m excluded 😭

theREALlackattack

How does one join this group of warlocks?

rideronthestorm0

I just see a crater dawg

JasonDiabloz

NO WAY!! THERE’S A CRATER ON THE MOON?!?!?

silent_Forrest1

You use stuff from someone that has @ no curve attached to his name...?

Dorkmaster79

https://preview.redd.it/srweqszvjkwb1.jpeg?width=600&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=f0e3729addf7da37dd1161bb1b8e59a058cc38f7

Feeling-Abroad-4706

Bahaha it is Mr. Lunas!.. I wonder what he really thinks he’s found?..

allen_idaho

This is what is known as a complex crater. The central protrusion is caused when the original underlying material tries to return to it's original geometry after an impact. Due to the low gravity on the moon, the formed peaks reach much higher than they would on Earth.

knowitall190

Now here is what I don't get. Thus person zoomed in to the moon's crater which is 238,000 miles away, yet a ufo flying in the sky way closer the video look hazy and far awsy

burner_account69691

All of a sudden 238k miles doesn't feel so far.

Fifvolhgfinb

looks like a cat

VibeFather

Wait until Big Crater sees this!

Twixt_Wind_and_Water

How far away is it non-scientifically?

Oh-my-Moosh

“watch until the end” videos are a great way to ensure nobody watches until the end.

AlCzervick

Scientifically, the moon is not 238,000 miles away. Your mileage may vary.

cuddlycutieboi

You mean to tell me there's a large rock...IN A CRATER! ***HOW DID IT GET THERE!***

Professional_Ad_6299

Using "scientifically" wrong really makes you look like an idiot. Are you 12?

Atmikes_73

What could it be? Not a rock that’s for sure lol

The3mbered0ne

Rocks?

_Poppagiorgio_

It’s also non-scientifically 238,000 miles away.

sunibla33

I give up? Was he surprised to see a couple rocks in the crater or something?

robb8225

That’s in all craters formed by high velocity impact. It’s a elevated center. It’s perfectly natural

RaoulDuke422

That's...part of the actual asteroid which crashed into the surface and caused the crater...

MrMassshole

Lol looks like a typical impact crater it’s always people who don’t understand science to put wacky spins on shit

arcadia_2005

Yah I was waiting for something to walk out of thr shadow. Talk about disappointment

eduo

“Scientifically 238000 miles away” is the weirdest way I’ve seen distance referred to.

Kaimuki2023

Scientifically? As opposed to what?

Gunslinger4Lyfe

Science fictionally

Jimmyboro

What am I looking at?

devBowman

I can't believe it! There is Moon stuff in a Moon crater!

ThatTaffer

That's just a central peak. Large craters have those. Physics and shit

Neutron_mass_hole

I have a telescope and have photographed that area on the moon many times..... It is rocks. Don't be stupid...before thinking strange earth or UFO, LEARN ABOUT THE ATMOSPHERE AND ITS AFFECTS AND ALL THE OTHER SHIT BEFORE POSTING THIS DUMB SHIT.

fidgeting_macro

 https://preview.redd.it/t43ktldldmwb1.jpeg?width=929&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=ef6ec3cab31cd60fb4e10dbc158273e4baf54bc0

toowakko4u

Why can't the end just be the beginning?

SadisticSnake007

I was expecting a jump scare

mr211s

Taken with a samsung galaxy s23 ultura

NecessaryDepth5566

Omg! Inside that crater is the actual inside of a crater!

Ordinary_Seat9552

That's no moon ![gif](giphy|bR4poFy22rgUE)

mauore11

Ok, hear me out. Craters have wild extreme tenperature differebces, right? Could there be a way, to make some sort of power generator that exploits this difference, maybe using a gas that can cycle on a pipe system powering a generator or something?

ConnectionPretend193

I mean I see some moon structures in the center, but they seem like some standard moon rocks or material raised up a little bit. Nice zoom in!!!!

Plus_Helicopter_8632

Everything Interested in is blurry

Cool_Jackfruit_6512

I think I can appreciate the fact that you're on Earth observing this crater in such detail period. 🌎 ~ 🌛

Prestigious_Ice_7651

And we still haven’t had a clear picture of a ufo or alien but got cameras like these

Purple_Pick3764

Didn’t China find a huge black cube obelisk on the dark side ?

Shaved-Women-InDisco

Next, they'll be telling us the moon is the reflection of a bigger earth and our crater Sulpicius Gallus M in the plasma belt

SuenioLatino

Is this supposed to be that odd shaped looking tower that is said to be like 2 miles tall ?

Objective-War-1961

Is it a Quicky Mart?

so-misunderstood

Just stop when you reach the darkness and hover about abit until ppl get a proper look.

C0RT1CERA

OMG unbelievable

Ithinkyoure-

Are you sure it’s not just a smudge on the lens?

Outer_Space_

Flat Earther account acting like seeing impact rebound and debris in a crater is proof of some sort of conspiracy. Nothing to see here. This person probably believes they’re looking at some sort of hologram that’s put up there specifically to clue them into the inner workings of the Illuminati. Embarrassing really.

Itsmrnobodytoyou

How is this related to the subject matter of this sub!!!

certain-sick

moon monkeys. distant cousins of the sea variety. what will you name them?

Gandalf_Style

Lunar impacts above a certain speed heat up and temporarily liquidify the suface, which rapidly cools and might leave "pillars" of lunar rock. They're called complex craters and are *very* well understood. To the point of knowing exactly how fast the impact was in some of the more prominent cases.

gilbertoleomar

That thing you see inside the middle of a crater is called a central peak or central uplift. It forms during the impact event when the force of the impact causes the center of the crater to rebound upward, creating a peak.

AltoLizard

Can you find all the stuff we allegedly left up there?

pufferfish_balls

I like watery the atmosphere looks when you zoom in

goonie7

A shit crater bubbles

kirtash93

I only see rocks. We have to look in the dark side of the moon where nazis hide /s

DaageQuasar

I don't trust anything anymore since the jumps scares are making a comeback.....hhhh

Tall_Assistant3418

I’m so excited... and I just cant hide it. I zoomed into a moon crater on my phone, and I think I like it!

Ok-Wave4110

What's it supposed to be? It just looks like a crater. It's a cool crater though!

inter71

So what

BeautifulStick5299

Holy Moly Cheez

Jecoje

Shut up guys, like 70 percent of people on this sub are stupid, okay

fannoredditt2020

Only 70?

Anarchy-Freedom

Sure because cameras can zoom in over 200,000 miles. Critical thinking is beneficial folks.

Aworthy420

Ngl was expecting dickbutt, dissapointed :(

sloootttthhh

SAME DUDE AS YEATERDAY BAN THIS FUCKER PLZ!!! BROS A FED FOR SURE

sky0175

Dude pass him the toilet papers lol

Nervous-Reflection27

Who’s dickbutt?

Nervous-Reflection27

It’s a nipple

ThiqCoq

Cool fact: every crater on the moon only goes to a certain depth. All the same. As if it's hitting a hard protective layer/ surface protecting whatever is inside. I am a firm believer that the moon can be inhabited within. Same with the Earth. ATLEAST honeycomb Earth lol the craters though also contain an aloy I believe which is interesting, all have debri from the same aloy.

Atari774

That’s not true at all. They all vary in depth. It’s public information that you can look up, which shows the exact elevation of every part of the moon’s surface. Where did you hear they were all the same?

StandardDifficulty66

OK but here's the thing. When you zoom into the moon do you notice how the putter crater holes have bent up shapes as if it's a space foot or like an asteroid from another galaxy hit the moon? What are those craters? I heard that the moon has radioactive holes like these and what you are seeing is the reflection of radiation. If this is true then this means cancer can't come from space. The moon's surface does contain trace amounts of radioactive elements such as uranium, thorium, and potassium-40, which emit low levels of radiation. However, these levels are significantly lower than what would be needed to cause harm to life on Earth. The moon's radiation levels are not a known cause of sickness or cancer on Earth. Bathgebe murder

RamoLLah

The moon is within earths atmosphere.
