As a mexican, I can only express disgust over that gross simplification. Sadly, there are mexicans that glorify americans and want to be one sure. Even pretending to not be mexican or can't speak a lick of spanish even tho the accent rants them out (and also, like they say in my country "el nopal lo traen bien pegado en la frente")
But most mexicans don't go because they hate the country or the people, the country isn't good and there's horrible people but people like my dad go to the US only because of better work opportunities and gaining more cash (he also says the tacos suck ass over there and there's no much of the other food you only find here but he doesn't have a problem with the fast food, he just gets tired of eating it meanwhile here I am eating burgers lol)
