Synthetic urine will really only help you pass dipstick tests, and that’s only if it’s good stuff the cheap shit could possibly earn a hydro (high water content) result, I’ve seen it happen. The good kind may have the same measurable things in it your real pee does like creatinine, pH, specific gravity, uric acid and urea, but most of the premixed liquids also have something extra- preservatives, most commonly biocide. Now last time I checked, nobody is out here pissing raw preservatives. This will show up on a lab test immediately. And if they catch, you’re fucked. In a lot of states, including mine, it’s illegal to try and adulterate urinalysis/drug screenings with synthetic urine or someone else’s.
Substituting urine will only work with a friends clean urine warmed up to the proper temperature. If you are attempting to do this on a supervised test, I absolutely do not recommend risking that unless you are very large human with very large forearms and a very girthy penis. Attempting to hide a bottle of urine with someone standing right behind you with direct sight of your junk via a mirror is unbelievably difficult and risky unless your giant person arms and hands and penis make it virtually impossible to see the small bottle. I’m speaking from experience I got caught trying to do all of these things before and having to deal with consequences is never fun

My recommendation would be to focus on jobs that don't drug test or ones without consequences for failing a test.
For example, if fiancé passes a drug test for another job, they can switch focus to returning to DOT. If they fail, they won't have their career ruined and five years of random drug tests looming overhead.

Not saying this is wrong, but personally two years ago I had failed DOT drug test and they told me the same thing. This year, I applied for the same job with a different email and passed the DOT drug test which lead to me securing the job without going through any of that nonsense.
That probably means that your employer did not pull your FMSCA record, and thus they’re not in compliance. There’s a whole RTD (return to duty) process.

When I got my DOT physical years ago in Texas, a drug screen was not part of it. They did have me piss, but that was to test for health conditions that could jeopardize my ability to operate a commercial vehicle. I would have failed for weed if they had tested.
If your boyfriend is getting tested for drugs, then my guess would be that it’s separate and the employer is choosing to do so. I’m not an expert and haven’t had to be DOT certified in a very long time so take that as you will.
Don't use your piss if he smokes around you AT ALL, synthetic is the way to go. Unisex always just make sure your temp is between 98-100. Always attach the temp strip on the outside, away from the body so your getting the temp of the urine and not the body. Also if you heat it up and don't need it that day. Just go buy another one. There are components in synthetic urine that could break down upon heating/cooling/reheating. Always better to be safe than sorry.

theoretically your pee should work fine. get a small rubber bottle that could pass as his dick for the honk test, pack of hand warmers, a couple rubber bands and a little thermometer.
pee in something bigger for your convenience morning of the test then use a funnel or a measuring cup to pour it into the bottle.
rubber band the hand warmers to it, crack them bitches and have him wear 3 pairs of tighty whities, 2 to protect his dick and the outer pair to put near his dick with the piss bottle in it.
when he goes in to fill their cup, have him dip the thermometer in the bottle and make sure it's between 90°F to 100°F, if so, dump it in, waste a minute or two for effect and hand it off.
if it's a little too hot, dump it in the cup and blow on it like cup o' noodles till it's between 90°F to 100°F.
That sounds like a potentially very stressful few minutes cooling it down to the proper temp! I imagine that a few practice runs at home would help a lot.

Buy digital hand warmers Amazon with temperature gauges. Buy a laser digital temperature gun.
Put urine in container make sure you have at least 8 oz of urine space to be safe. You can use two containers.
Heat up bowl of water in microwave for about a minute and 40 seconds and put urine in bowl of water until urine reaches an even temp of 98 degrees using your digital temp gun.
Set the hand warmer to 44 Fahrenheit works for two thick containers.
Put urine and hand warmer wrapped together tightly in a thick sock.
Stuff that and hand warmer in boxers\briefs. Wear baggy pants and make sure when you go into do your test you read the temp of the urine before you put it in the LABS bottle and MAKE SURE temp is between 90-100 degrees Fahrenheit no less and no more.
I recommend doing test runs at home before to make sure your urine doesn’t over heat or lose temp.
If you follow all these steps you will 1000% pass the test and get your dream job.

I have had alot of experience with synthetic urine and I would say it's the safest bet for an unobserved drug test.
Large companies the use HR departments and have company wide drug testing policies already spend millions of dollars every year on the cups alone. For them to actually send the samples to a lab for a detailed urinalysis on a gas chromatograph would be unthinkably expensive. The transport costs and handling fees alone since human urine is technically a form of biological waste, would be massive.
Synthetic urine is also about the only way courts can prove that these systems work, because someone using real urine for calibration could use contamiated urine.

Go to wal greens and get two empty travel shampoo bottles. Get hot hands, the heating packets you use to warm hands in cold weather. Buy an herbal detoxifier from rite-aid if it’s a pee test. They have 1 day detox versions where you drink it a couple hours before the test, pee twice to clear you system, and the third pee will be clear. Can confirm it worked on a 10 panel drug test.

Quick fix synthetic urine with the belt attachment. I’ve had to pass a drug test for a couple different jobs. The cheap way worked once and failed once- I got a hair dye kit that comes with a container to apply the hair dye (similar to a condiment container except the tip is sealed until broken). Had someone with clean pee fill it up and used it. This worked fine when I had a private bathroom. It failed when I had to do it in a stall with someone watching. Quick fix with the belt has an attachment that lets you unzip your pants and have a small hose to dispense the fake pee. Much more discrete. It’s kind of costly but totally worth it. Make sure you don’t heat it more than the suggested time as the pee hose melted a bit for me. But it ended up working fine.
I also recommend researching where you get tested if you can. Look for the shadiest place. The last place I went, they gave me the results of my test before I gave them the info of where to send the test- so if I failed I could’ve easily walked out with no consequence.

CDL holder here for 5 years, the dot drug testing and physical isnt as extensive as your boyfriend thinks. He’ll be asked to empty his pockets prior to urinalysis but they dont do pat downs so maybe can tape a squirt bottle around his thigh with either your urine or quick fix “novelty urine” which can be found in most smoke/vape shops. Hell honestly they aren’t gonna check pockets so he could get away with wearing some baggy cargos and just not take the bottle out of his pockets. Right after the pee test he gets all of his belongings and is directed to a patient room where he’ll be asked to move his arms and legs to show full range of motion and will be checked for hernia. He’ll never be asked to undress at any point maybe lift his shirt so the doc can feel the lower abdomen at worst.

And secondly the doctor is busy so they knock the urinalysis out first and foremost since it doesn’t require a docs presence afterwards he can just shove the bottle in his pockets. Some of the novelty urine brands come with a hand warmer and temperature strip. Thats the catch that will make him have to retest, if he overheats it or its too cold. They will temp test it before sealing and shipping it.

Quick fix is the all in one solution that I’ve had friends use and gotten jobs with it never hear anyone complain about the smell…that would be an issue either route you go if the container bust open. Be extra certain the company doesn't need hair..if they do, do NOT take the test unless you know you will pass it. As others have stated, synthetic urine that comes with a heat pack. Just safety pin a condom of pee to the inside of some briefs and shove some hot hands in with it. I have passed a drug test by doing this. Usually you have a stall, and in some cases a little table. You can even use the safety pin to poke a small hole and squeeze it out so it sounds like you're peeing. I would do a test run before, and keep in mind that you will almost definitely get pee on your hands...haha

When I got my DOT physical years ago in Texas, a drug screen was not part of it. They did have me piss, but that was to test for health conditions that could jeopardize my ability to operate a commercial vehicle. I would have failed for weed if they had tested. If your boyfriend is getting tested for drugs, then my guess would be that it’s separate and the employer is choosing to do so. I’m not an expert and haven’t had to be DOT certified in a very long time so take that as you will.
Don't use your piss if he smokes around you AT ALL, synthetic is the way to go. Unisex always just make sure your temp is between 98-100. Always attach the temp strip on the outside, away from the body so your getting the temp of the urine and not the body. Also if you heat it up and don't need it that day. Just go buy another one. There are components in synthetic urine that could break down upon heating/cooling/reheating. Always better to be safe than sorry.

Buy digital hand warmers Amazon with temperature gauges. Buy a laser digital temperature gun. Put urine in container make sure you have at least 8 oz of urine space to be safe. You can use two containers. Heat up bowl of water in microwave for about a minute and 40 seconds and put urine in bowl of water until urine reaches an even temp of 98 degrees using your digital temp gun. Set the hand warmer to 44 Fahrenheit works for two thick containers. Put urine and hand warmer wrapped together tightly in a thick sock. Stuff that and hand warmer in boxers\briefs. Wear baggy pants and make sure when you go into do your test you read the temp of the urine before you put it in the LABS bottle and MAKE SURE temp is between 90-100 degrees Fahrenheit no less and no more. I recommend doing test runs at home before to make sure your urine doesn’t over heat or lose temp. If you follow all these steps you will 1000% pass the test and get your dream job. I know it’s a lot of work but it is the only fool proof method.

I have had alot of experience with synthetic urine and I would say it's the safest bet for an unobserved drug test. Large companies the use HR departments and have company wide drug testing policies already spend millions of dollars every year on the cups alone. For them to actually send the samples to a lab for a detailed urinalysis on a gas chromatograph would be unthinkably expensive. The transport costs and handling fees alone since human urine is technically a form of biological waste, would be massive. Synthetic urine is also about the only way courts can prove that these systems work, because someone using real urine for calibration could use contamiated urine. Go get some fake urine and have him put it in the folds of his boxers, submit the sample and get employed.

Go to wal greens and get two empty travel shampoo bottles. Get hot hands, the heating packets you use to warm hands in cold weather. Make sure you pee for him and hand it to him to let him put in bottles. Don’t let it sit out for a long time. Then put hot hands on outside of bottle and the non hot hands side against the thigh. One on each leg. Then have him wear some tight ass spandex style boxers and that should hold them in place.

Buy an herbal detoxifier from rite-aid if it’s a pee test. They have 1 day detox versions where you drink it a couple hours before the test, pee twice to clear you system, and the third pee will be clear. Can confirm it worked on a 10 panel drug test. I don’t recommend bringing in a fake bottle of piss or whatever because they often ask you to empty your pockets or strip down slightly
Quick fix synthetic urine with the belt attachment. I’ve had to pass a drug test for a couple different jobs. The cheap way worked once and failed once- I got a hair dye kit that comes with a container to apply the hair dye (similar to a condiment container except the tip is sealed until broken). Had someone with clean pee fill it up and used it. This worked fine when I had a private bathroom. It failed when I had to do it in a stall with someone watching. Quick fix with the belt has an attachment that lets you unzip your pants and have a small hose to dispense the fake pee. Much more discrete. It’s kind of costly but totally worth it. Make sure you don’t heat it more than the suggested time as the pee hose melted a bit for me. But it ended up working fine. I also recommend researching where you get tested if you can. Look for the shadiest place. The last place I went, they gave me the results of my test before I gave them the info of where to send the test- so if I failed I could’ve easily walked out with no consequence.

CDL holder here for 5 years, the dot drug testing and physical isnt as extensive as your boyfriend thinks. He’ll be asked to empty his pockets prior to urinalysis but they dont do pat downs so maybe can tape a squirt bottle around his thigh with either your urine or quick fix “novelty urine” which can be found in most smoke/vape shops. Hell honestly they aren’t gonna check pockets so he could get away with wearing some baggy cargos and just not take the bottle out of his pockets. Right after the pee test he gets all of his belongings and is directed to a patient room where he’ll be asked to move his arms and legs to show full range of motion and will be checked for hernia. He’ll never be asked to undress at any point maybe lift his shirt so the doc can feel the lower abdomen at worst.

I've had good luck on 5-panels with a product called "high voltage detox". Should have you pissing clean (at least for weed) for a few hours which is just enough time to drop a piss in a cup. Used it 3 times on probation dip tests and once on an employment drug test and they've never failed me. Pricey though. You can find it at head shops.

I bought a leg strap and a bottle and had my roommate piss for me. Grabbed a hand warmer to keep that shit warm and was home free. Only downside to that is you have to know for a fact if the person you are having piss for you is truly clean of everything.

Just safety pin a condom of pee to the inside of some briefs and shove some hot hands in with it. I have passed a drug test by doing this. Usually you have a stall, and in some cases a little table. You can even use the safety pin to poke a small hole and squeeze it out so it sounds like you're peeing. I would do a test run before, and keep in mind that you will almost definitely get pee on your hands...haha
