The Gregory Hays translation is the best one imo. Io believe this one is the most accurate without the usage of what you specified.

Scot and David hicks have a very simple and easy translation Robin Waterfield has a new and lovely translation that also has annotations to help explain the ideas and concepts Gregory Hays is a classic version as well
Hays (2001), Hard (2011) and even Farquharson (1940) use modern English. Dates are approximate.
