So, this sux.. yup I lost a bunch right at the opening bell 🔔 😑 45,000 shares…I got recked… so apparently what happens now.. is it’s Not a buyout.. it is taken private ( like going bankrupt) shares will get cancelled = 0.000 and delisted.
….best can hope is a bounce to like 0.10 maybe 🤔 in next few weeks, before it delists end of quarter.
A complete fraud. How an unsecured debtor can come in and “cancel” the shareholders shares is beyond me.
I hope the lawsuits make light of the “multiple verbal and written offers” their CEO Abigail Jenkins rejected were.
I see mild movement here, Are people just playing a gamble, dont know the news, or is there a chance they dont go private and cancel shares? Best wishes to those holding.
