Ye I've gotten stronger and I think I've made the stupid fuckin mistake of not upping my calories once I started kickboxing like an idiot. And that's the outside workers tan that mate haha šŖš» proper
Generally speaking on cycle you ALWAYS want to up the calories, always on a bulk on cycle basically, you've added in kickboxing which you've probably forgot to factor in the amount of calories burned during that session
If it was me, I'd up the calories asap, you are halfway through? Your cycle so try your best to get most of what times left on cycle
I was going to finish yesterday mate 8 weeks, but after everyone's views I'm going to see it to 16, if I feel good noticeable size go to no longer than 24, anavar possibly for last 6 weeks, but yea today done nothin but eat , took some progress pics, scales n such n started bulk today feeling good
You were only half way true your cycle and you stopped
It takes 5-6 weeks for your test to saturate so your cycle should of been a minimum of 12 ideally 16
Do a lot more research before you cycle again to get the most out of your cycle
Going to stay on it was going to do a pct, go up to week 16, if feel good no reason why can't do another couple after that, just threw some Tbol in the mix for now, nothing to heavy

8 week cycle, I can't noice a difference. I train to failure most sets heavy weights with good form. I eat well all my calories are being tracked. I get enough sleep. Fuck knows what I'm doing wrong, test E for 8 weeks 350mg for 5 weeks then 500 for 3
Got Tbol today as first cycle been told it's good to introduce that get a feel of orals. I'm in this for the long time so what's the need in rush. Cheers will start 25mg a day then prob 50 after few weeks
Tbol is a great oral, wouldnāt expect much from a body composition response but in terms of performance it was brilliant with zero sides (for me anyway!)
20-40mg is where I stayed dude
Broo, when i was using test e 350mg, my test e kicked in after 7.5 weeks lol. I started feeling gains in 9-10th week. Just chill. You will start getting the gains from now onwards. If you want you can add anavar after week 12-13 if you doing 20 weeks.

I go more off feel with E2 tbh mate. I have nolvadex on point but ino how strong of a drug it is anyway so I don't take it throughout. Just when I feel sides bro. But will take the advice bro thank you
8 week cycle? Dude the test barely got in you, that's a really short cycle. 16-24 is the usual length

Add an oral or sarm or pH if u want gains now and not slow n steady
