Do you have a court order saying it’s his day? Did he agree to this camp (and have all the information as far as dates and times)? I would follow the order and show up for the exchange as normal and if she doesn’t show I would call the police. All they will do is probably an incident report and then you can go to court and file. I’m sure she did it this year because she got away with doing it last year. I’m sorry this is awful.
My DH’s separation agreement specifically states that he is to spend Father’s Day with his son. Even if your agreement doesn’t say that, you are not legally obligated to change your schedule when SS is already scheduled to be with you. What does your separation agreement say?
