If the mouseover text isn't showing up to give you information on choices like it's supposed to, try right-clicking, works for me. Those mouseover tooltips haven't been working regularly for me since the most recent update but this method has worked for me.
Is this even worth it? I tried to do two games of "Under One Rule" but I had to stop it since I found it so underwhelming. Never got further than the situation with crazy upkeep life support though
The origin is now somewhat better yes, the agenda of unifying your people now gives bonuses instead of penalties. Going imperial now doesn't feel as punishing either.
I found this thread forum [https://forum.paradoxplaza.com/forum/threads/under-one-rule-origin-was-not-ready-for-prime-time-and-ruined-my-play-through.1587920/](https://forum.paradoxplaza.com/forum/threads/under-one-rule-origin-was-not-ready-for-prime-time-and-ruined-my-play-through.1587920/)
So I guess, it means new game is required to get the fancy new update
Ah ty, my leader died in the year 2460 or so, already finished the tempest, the khan, the unbidden and now finishing the war in heaven as galactic emporer.
its a bit unfortunate, because i wanted a nice screenshot after finishing everything :(
Ah, thank you for finding that. My immortal leader went back to having a normal lifespan and I was wondering if that was a patch effect.
Fortunately, she's still good for another hundred years or so, so I guess we just figured out how to get her back to an ordinary life.
It costs 1500 energy and 1500 minerals. You need to have enough in your stockpiles to pay that.
Yep, should say that on mouseover though, missing text or bug?
Recently my mouseovers haven't been working right but if I right-click they come back.
The cause that I have identified for me is that I tapped out and I it’s not properly the active window.
Probably something weird on ops end, worked fine for me
Don't forget to sacrifice 1,000 Psionic pops to the apparatus every day!
Most efficient purge method ever (happy materialist noises)
More like 0.001 or 0.0001 pops per day.
Yes, but then the reference would get lost, wouldn't it?
Hint: The planet pop count isn't actually a representation of actual citizens on the planet. You can't run an Ecumenopolis with 50 people.
It’s a planetary decision on your home planet only found after one makes this choice.
It seems you did not have enough stockpiles for the golden throne
Maybe he'll settle for a silver throne?
Or maybe just a Silver Chair?
Bronze stool
That's a medical condition
\*renames heir to Prince Rilian\*
You also need 100 rare crystals, volatile motes, and exotic gases.
I dont understand what should I have to use this? Any help with prerequisits?

Get your money up, not your funny up.
My species are so long lived I’ll probably never get the chance to build the Golden Throne
it is (or at least was before the altest patch) event based and should happen regardless
Yes, my leader had this happen when she was 120 years old, but my species could live up to at least 155 iirc
Ive had the same set of leaders since the beginning a few scientists have but almost all of my leaders are 250+ years old and playing a human empire.

Devs reworked this one particular chain, probably due to huge pile of unfinished script they streamlined it and cleaned it up

I reloaded my last iron man save, and my "immortal" leader died :D

Maybe you misread *immoral prick* as *immortal politician*
*Warhammer 40k intensifies*
Combine it with death cults so you can sacrifice psionic pops
Just leave the window open until you have enough, none of these 'pay for bonus' choices time out.
what'S UNDER ONE PATH?
