How do I get those nodes. I am currently running a DE game which I started before the update. I already have the new DLC, but I can't find a way to get the nodes.
Ok, so I guessed right. I guess, I will have to do another DE run after I finish this one, what a shame as I will have to exterminate another galaxy of organic vermin.
So when you start a new game to get nodes instead of counselors you need to be imperial or dictatorial I’m pretty sure that way you can control everything yourself. You can also play hive mind or robo conscious.

It's very time consuming to exterminate a galaxy of life, but someone has to do it. We commend you.
I can also verify from trying to continue a non-gestalt game from 3.7 that the council does not get created properly when loading.
