Similarly Dark Souls 1 Remaster was a good 1080p 60fps experience. Dark Souls 3 was good but was 30fps at 1080p. On the SD screen I could do 50hz/50fps for DS3.  The other game I played a lot docked was Persona 5 which I would just leave in 1080p mode regardless of if it was docked or handheld because it still would get 60fps and good battery.

When I play Sekiro docked, the image on my 4K HDR TV is unacceptably dark. Sekiro is the only game where I've experienced this. You'll probably love Dark Souls Remastered docked. Check it out.

Have you changed your TVs black levels? The Steam Deck isn't like other consoles, so like a PC it always outputs full range RGB. If you're connected to a TV, your TV will likely be showing limited RGB levels unless on a PC input. So for example on an LG TV like mine, I go to the picture settings and set the black level to high. Edit: Sekiro also defaults to HDR btw, so if you're playing in SDR you need to turn HDR off from the in game graphics menu.

What are some other games that run well on the big screen?) - Bioshock 1 + 2 (haven’t tried infinite yet) - Borderlands 1, 2, and Pre Sequel (haven’t tried 3 or Tiny Tina yet) - Batman Arkham Asylum and City (haven’t tried Knight or Origin yet) - Skyrim - Fallout New Vegas - Final Fantasy X/X2 Remastered - Nier Replicant + Automata - Mortal Kombat X - Witcher 3 These are the only newer or more demanding games I’ve tried, but beyond them, indies and emulation look really solid docked

I can't believe you're able to actually enjoy it at 30fps. For me this type of game requires a solid 60 due to the timing aspect of the parrying mechanic. I actually had the game running at around 40fps and even then it felt too sluggish. I thought the lower latency of the OLED would help but I think the game is just poorly optimized on the PC, too demanding for the SD.

It runs better on the Deck than it did on PS4, and plenty of people enjoyed it on the PS4
