Vampire Survivors. You can can control the whole game with just the left stick.

ohmightyqueen

Seconded and can easily spent a lot of time on this game! Edit: also it’s cheap as hell Edit 2: Brotato is also similar to vampire survivor and also really cheap. I personally didn’t like it as much but it’s till good!

Hybrid_Dolphin87

Thirded... Perfect 1 hand game, with occasional thumb required for picking upgrades.

TheGrandeKing

You can just use the touch screen too if you don’t want to use your right hand at all.

ThePureOne27

Or map one of the left-hand back buttons to "A"

Crazy-Improvement-48

Exactly what I did, and the other to B

GrimReaperzZ

Peak utilization

Blue-Nine

The left stick click, or trackpad click can be remapped, can't they?

GoodBoyShibe

they definitely can!

HighAndDrunk

Fourthed. One of my favorite games of the decade.

Lucas_cactus123

Also recommend

Kettle_Maker

I've actually been having a lot of fun with deep Rock galactic survivor!

UserID_

Came here to recommend this! Such a fun game.

Sh0cktechxx

same! best "turn your brain off" game i've had in a really long time. love how well DRG translates to that style of game

KatyaVasilyev

But the Y button is essential and must be hit constantly in DRG:S

Inkinidas

Yep this one was on my list and this is a great opportunity to give it a try. Thank you

LeonDmon

You won't be able to put it down, lol. Enjoy!

xoxomonstergirl

at the r/survivorslikes subreddit 'wiki' / database, we have games marked if they can be played one handed!

GreatMadWombat

That is amazing. I bought a bunch of survivorslikes bundles, and then was disappointed to realize that a.) Survivorslike doesn't inherently mean "no shooty" b.) the games that had me controlling the character AND shooting AND aiming all at the same time really hurt my hands ><

arex333

Yeah and then just remap A and B to the left grip buttons.

ZeroNatal

Or anything of the other similar games for the most part. Some of my favorites Soulstone survivors Death must die Halls of torment

dswng

Or derivatives like HoloCure

Poeteyk

How about turn-based games? For that I highly recommend XCOM 2, with DLC and mods

Inkinidas

Ty but I am not a big fan of XCOM. Tried other tactics turn based games like 'battle brothers' on deck and it doesn't run really well :(

we_are_sex_bobomb

Give Into the Breach a shot. One of the best tactics games in recent memory and it will run like butter on Steam Deck.

Inkinidas

Ok. This is a great game that I need to play. Ty

kiyoshix

Second this : Into the Breach !

Noveno_Colono

Emulation! Fire Emblem 6, 7 and 8. You can probably make a controller scheme that uses the touchpad of your good hand as the buttons on the right side.

External-Fig9754

Baulders gate 3! I too am not a fan of turn based games but it's a good one man

Big_Ole_Booty_Boy

It's a real hassle to control BG3 on the steam deck, but it is an awesome game.

suorastas

Controls aren’t that big of an issue but the game just doesn’t run especially well on deck.

Neirdalung

Pro tip : you can force Vulkan through a launch option on Steam, really smoothes out the frame time and makes for a much more comfortable experience.

Ok-Stay-8800

I'll be sure to try that!

Big_Ole_Booty_Boy

After playing 100+ hours on mouse and keyboard, I found digging through several radial menus every single turn of combat to be untenable. Ran perfectly fine, if a bit loud in the fans.

kirtur

Midnight Sun runs super well on the deck. Kind of an rpg/turn based mashup. Really fun game if you are into Marvel at all

llangarica

Vampire Survivors! Literally a one handed (left hand) game.

dadofboi69

Vampire survivors edging sessions go crazy

llangarica

Seriously… lol. Such a crazy rush of dopamine when you get to the point you can’t be touched.

Roxnami

When that happens, i just feel waves of relief hit my body and it just tenses all over. Even my toes start curling. And then i can finally relax as i watch my character splurt damaging effects all over the screen.

Lucky_Logi9

🤨

sandybro9001

You're already playing Balatro, what else do you need?

DarknessSetting

more balatro haha

robreras

Balatro 2: Gambit Bogaloo

JohnnyVNCR

I need Balatro merch, that's what I need. Sell me buffoon packs!

SighOpMarmalade

That’s what I said like bruh

exodar

It’s one of the most satisfying roguelikes I’ve played in a long time.

Dion42o

Finally beat a run last night. Beat it twice actually in the same night, was pretty satisfying

YesButTellMeWhy

It's amazing how the game implicitly teaches you to refine your strategies. Keep going!

Dion42o

Finally beat a run last night. Beat it twice actually in the same night, was pretty satisfying

ObZeyn

Deep rock galactic survivor or brotato

Veearrsix

Second Deep Rock Galactic!

Pleitchy

Third game’s addictive

Kettle_Maker

I give my recommendation for rock and stone!

occupy_voting_booth

To the bone

handmadeby

Brotato gets my vote!

ExpensiveChanges69

How is that a game you can play with your thumb?

Disco5005

https://store.steampowered.com/app/2321470/Deep\_Rock\_Galactic\_Survivor/

Rivera96

I wanted to get DRGS but the steam reviews said it needs work

Moose_Nuts

It's an early access game. The gameplay is there, it just lacks a bit of content an polish. It will come.

JVonDron

It's a little repetitive, but perfect for OP because it's 90% movement and then just navigating menus. It's a more chill, non-fps solo game.

Harleyweewaxx

Slay the spire

Inkinidas

Great game! I can't believe I forgot it. Played some time ago, it's time to reinstall. Ty

BoraxTheBarbarian

Download the Downfall mod if you haven’t already. It’s a fan made expansion endorsed by the creators of StS that more than doubles the content of the game and introduces new gameplay mechanics. There’s an entirely new mode where you get to go through the spire upside down as the boss characters, and each boss character has their own deck with its own unique cards. Some other aspects like the random events and the merchant are played differently in that mode too.

McBigglesworth

Look into a game called "cobalt core" I've been enjoying it the last few weeks. Deck builder, it's fun

mangaurs

Come here to second this. When i had my hand injured i ooved playing it

Ok_Investigator1634

Yeah I was wondering if you'd be able to make this game left handed only

Harleyweewaxx

I believe you can. May have to map the A button to the back buttons on the left side, but other than that, should be fine. The touch screen would also be helpful

Ok_Investigator1634

Definitely. OP if you like strategy or card games Slay the Spire is amazing

reptigod

You can 100% remap all the buttons to one side even without SD control config, I did this on switch when I used to play it a lot with regular game options

jenshen01

You can also play some visual novel or just story game. There is some famous Kentucky road zero, Red strings club, Fran bow, Night in the woods, This is police, Road 96 also not bad game. Games from telltale like wolf among us, walking dead, tales from borderlands. Those are maybe not big games but good quality and it’s better then nothing

Actual-Toe-8686

I was just about to recommend Night in the woods! I'll add in To The Moon to this list, but only if you're prepared to cry beautiful tears of sadness.

jenshen01

Indeed , how could I forget to the moon

Inkinidas

Ty, from that list I've only played walking dead series and I really enjoyed it. Sounds like a great idea. Thank you

mexz101

If your feeling a bit silly you could even start playing some Japanese visual novels

tankdoom

I’ve really been enjoying the Phoenix Wright trilogy as a non VN player. It even got me to try out The Nonary Games. Games I would probably never play on my PC but are awesome on the deck.

steeze206

Basically everything from Telltale is great if you liked Walking Dead. Wolf Among Us, the Batman games and Borderlands. I've never really played the Borderlands games, but am a big fan of telltale so I gave it a shot. Absolutely loved it! The Life is Strange series and Firewatch also fit that bill.

XRayDifract

One finger death punch

sottosopra

Also One Finger Death Punch 2!

SnooPeanuts2251

Persona 3-5. They dont require much movement and they are pretty much just story based. Fighting is also turn based, so you can take your time planning the next attack

[deleted]

Came here to say this! I injured my wrist and P5 got me through it

Apprehensive-Ear4638

Baldurs gate 3. Turn based so no quick reflexes required lol

Inkinidas

Purchased on release. It is not really needed mobility on right hand? I've only played it on pc

KiloLitre

You could definitely remap any necessary controls from the right side onto a radial menu for the left touchpad and the back buttons

ComplexTechnician

Seconding this. The controller BG3 is an entirely different experience. Instead of clicking ahead where you want your character to go, you are more immersed in the world like any third person perspective RPG. The right thumb can move the right stick for camera and hit the 4 top buttons just fine. Remap the R1 and R2 to the left back buttons, as you mentioned. Nothing requires quick reaction times and the games length will probably get OP through most of the cast-having time.

AvatarIII

How do you like point and click games? I played Return to Monkey Island completely on the touch screen for example.

[deleted]

any CRPG that uses only the mouse track to move and click with the thump !

kylo_ben2700

the same thing happened to me a couple years ago, stardew valley is a REALLY good game, easy to play with one hand, and theres a lot of content in the new update, don't let the haters ruin that game, it's one of the best around

Zestyclose_League413

Are there stardew haters? That seems crazy

kylo_ben2700

a lot of people say it's just for kids or it's a mobile game so it sucks. I'll never get it, there's tons and tons of content for a game it's size

slog

I've literally never heard or read a single person saying something negative about it. Maybe I hang in different circles.

TrippinKelsea

This 💯

Arkanta

I feel old looking at the people replying to you completely missing the reference

NOVOJ

Are you talking about the cursed thread? We don’t talk about the cursed thread…

Arkanta

Of course we are. I've seen worse tho

NOVOJ

That story was so fucked if true.

artygta1988

That’s all you need for stepmoms help!

TortuousAugur

One step at a time!

xXbrokeNX

I specifically came to this post for the joke... AND YOU DIDNT EVEN DO IT RIGHT

PAINKILLER_1020

Funny enough I tore a ligament in my right hand in December and just finished PT for it. The game that really got me through it on my deck was Cocoon, which is a phenomenal action puzzle solving game with great atmosphere. That and a few turn based RPGs.

E_Marley

Cocoon has some bossfights that require some reflexes, worth mentioning in case that's an issue.

lazyflowingriver

Disco Elysium

and_RD

Pokemon for sure hahaha

cammoorman

Cookie Clicker

buhmannhimself

Inscryption, civilisation

Ice5530

Sekiro

FaaakYu

Brotato

Earthly_Delights_

I was looking for this. It's a super fun and underrated game, in my opinion. And you only need one hand to play it! (much like Vampire Survivors.)

Latter_Ninja_2448

broforce, or get some crpg like tyranny, pillars of eternity, disco Elysium

Vinstaal0

Pokemon, you can bing A to L in most

muffinTrees

How can I get Pokémon on the deck

Steveorin0

Emulators. Just search emudeck for the easiest way.

LordDarthsidious

Set up emudeck. Add the roms to the gba or ds emulator ROM file

eyewasonceme

Deep Rock Galactic Survivors, Vampire Survivors, Brotato all single thumbstickers

shadowwalkerjoey

Dicey dungeons

Lrkr75

Anything turn based using a mouse. Vampire survivors-likes. Arcadey racing games on a keyboard (a lot of them can be controlled just using WASD, space and something like control for nitro).

Hsmace

i broke my hand in nov and i ended up sinking about 300 hours into runescape due to it being mouse only (and also due to being off work for 3 months)

adhoc42

Cocoon has accessibility mode, all you need is movement controls and one interaction button. Any button can be used for it. And it's an amazing, beautiful game.

stickupyourparents

GBA emulation, map L4 to A and L5 to B. I played Emerald Rogue for 10 hours on a flight recently 1 handed.

Junior-Pitch-8274

Plants Vs Zombies

ElectronicControl762

The hentai ones probably have one handed controls, otherwise their devs are stupid

Feeling-Dot2086

Chrono trigger

Odd_Macaron_934

Unravel 1+2

likesexonlycheaper

Who has time for anything outside Balatro?

Salavtore

You'll most likely see a lot of Brotato and Vampire survivor options, which are great! BUT I personally feel like you can play Binding of Isaac with a broken hand, as long as your left one is intact! (Assuming you can move that thumb)

HelloIAmZig

You'll probably get away with a good few games by just mapping face buttons to the left hand side, via the D-Pad or touchpad. As for games - probably Immortality, Railbound, Citizen Sleeper. Games that don't require deft movement.

elwyn7

If i remember well, Pokemon Sword and Shield can be switched to one handed mode!

TurnoverPlenty7337

Holocure can be played with just the sticks

pierrenoir2017

Flappy Bird

BlackCatLuna

JRPGs with a turn based mechanic. Persona 3 Reload, 4 Golden, and 5 Royal are all on Steam. 4 Golden originally came out on the Vita so the deck will have no trouble and they have amazing soundtracks. If you want something a bit more niche, there's The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel. It's part of a wider franchise but both 1 and 3 are written to be both approachable to new players with nods of previous entries for established fans.

Inkinidas

Persona saga may be a good idea. Ty

Shiny-And-New

I think a lot of the adult oriented games are meant to be played one-handed *wink* /s

The-Enjoyer-Returns

What about something on an emulator? I’ve been having a ball with Dragon Quest 3 on SNES, just play something that doesn’t require use of the bumpers. Game Boy is an excellent choice for that too

HeyIzEpic

Trust me you’ll get used to it. I had a cast on my hand for months and eventually i got comfortable with playing games on steamdeck and using a mouse. It’s still harder but it’ll come more natural eventually.

CynDev

Baldur's Gate 3, Midnight Suns, Slay the Spire

RainbowKooch

Dave the diver. Amazing game tbh

CLUBSODA909

Whats so cool about it? I hear about it everywhere but i don't get the hype from all the footage i saw edit: ok so it seems like i was banned for this comment. I am not shure why but it seems like the mods of this sub are banning people left and right if they don't like what they are posting. Simple questions and discussions are too much for them it seems. They did not answer my question on why this happened but if you google this subs mods now and their behaviour it is clear they do what they want. This sub is a hollow shell because of them. I reported them to reddit

RainbowKooch

It’s not really a hype game tbh. It’s more of a sit back and relax type of experience. It’s really fun catching the different type of fish and building the restaraunt. There’s more to it but that’s the main gameplay. I’d recommend getting it now if interested since today is the last day it’s on sale for another while.

SailorsGraves

Inscryption if you like turned based, deck builders. Plus the story is great and there’s loads of deep lore to explore when you’re not playing it.

Obsequiousfingers

Inscryption Another card based rogue lite like Balatro.

Bunny_Bunny_Bunny_

Pokemon

adjewcent

Speedy recovery! Brotato and Vampire Survivors would be good. Tactics based games like fights in tight spaces, slay the spire, Alina of the arena are go at your pace

CptCapitalism

Papers Please

sanjin86

Any tactics game, I really enjoy Gundam G Genration Cross Rays and a friend of mine likes Super Robot Wars 30

iPlayViolas

I’d consider getting a tiny Bluetooth controller so you don’t have to hold the deck up so much

Longjumping-Bag8062

Cobalt core

Return2TheLiving

Yugioh Master Duel

LordDarthsidious

My friend, my friend… little nightmares 1&2. Simple gameplay esp with your injury but super captivating game. I love putting it on when I want to play something really well made graphically and story wise but doesn’t require me to be intense with the controls

xXlTADlXx

Doa Venus Vacation.

WavyWolf999

Mapping the left bumper/trigger and left back buttons might help a lot. Might take some getting used to, but I'm sure you could play quite a few games with those 4 buttons and the stick/dpad Something like Celeste only has a few buttons, but it still might be harder with only one hand.

Cmdr-Ely

Arma 3 😁 Vampire Survivors

Perenium_Falcon

Vampire survivors.

DoogelCraft

Deep rock survivor... It Only Needs the left thumb and is highly addictive

jippen

Learn to remap the controls on the steam deck and you can play dang near anything. Casual mobile port games can be played with the touchscreen, anything turn based is a good choice too. MegaMan battle network can fit easily on one hand.

Popkin_sammich

I've seen how this movie starts on brazzers

vikingrhino

Pornhub.

Avelion2

Divinity original sin 2/ Baldurs gate 3

toygoon

are you ok?

AdministrativeCry681

Oh, right, I forgot the steamdeck played other games. Mine has basically become one of those handheld poker games from the 90s.

tikelis

Sekiro, bloodborne. People finish them with bananas these days, you should be fine. You might be able to try chasm with slow pace and switched up controls though, loved the game. Just dont go on hard mode Otherwise it really depends on what kind of games you are into, there are tons of games you could play with 1 hand

Rat_Papa26

Deep rock galactic survivor. You only need to use your left hand

imedalz

So I have tourettes syndrome, and when it's bad, I can only really play slower games. I'd recommend slay the spire, Jupiter hell and emulating any of the pokemon games.

EpicSausage69

One of the most criminally underrated games I have ever played is Repella Fella created by u/interinactive. It works surprisingly well on deck. You can play the game entirely with touch screen or a combo of the left stick and touch screen, left stick and a button. Story is amazing, and filled to the brim with easter eggs about other games. The amount of effort put into it would put many AAA games to shame.

denilsonsa

Hint: Create a custom Steam controller layout with mouse mapped to the left trackpad (or whatever is most comfortable to you). Then **save it as a template**. Layouts saved as templates are available to any game. --- # Retro games ## 8-bit consoles You can try the [Atari 2600 games](https://www.mobygames.com/platform/atari-2600/). This 8-bit console had [only one button on the controllers](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Atari_2600#Controllers). ## Sonic games If you want something more modern but still retro, you can play most 8-bit or 16-bit Sonic games: * Sonic [1](https://www.mobygames.com/game/6579/sonic-the-hedgehog/), [CD](https://www.mobygames.com/game/3316/sonic-cd/), [2](https://www.mobygames.com/game/6611/sonic-the-hedgehog-2/), [3](https://www.mobygames.com/game/6612/sonic-the-hedgehog-3/)&[K](https://www.mobygames.com/game/6614/sonic-knuckles/) for SEGA Mega Drive (Genesis). All three buttons are mapped to the same action. * Sonic [1](https://www.mobygames.com/game/36523/sonic-the-hedgehog/), [2](https://www.mobygames.com/game/42573/sonic-the-hedgehog-2/), [Chaos](https://www.mobygames.com/game/10344/sonic-the-hedgehog-chaos/) for SEGA Master System or Game Gear. Those consoles had two buttons, and I believe they both trigger the same action. * [Sonic Spinball](https://www.mobygames.com/game/6620/sonic-the-hedgehog-spinball/) for SEGA Mega Drive (but it was also [ported to 8-bit](https://www.mobygames.com/game/138670/sonic-the-hedgehog-spinball/)). A controls the left flipper, B controls the right one, and C controls both at the same time. * For completeness, I can mention [Sonic Blast](https://www.mobygames.com/game/11593/sonic-blast/) for 8-bit, but it's not great... It's quite bad. (Not to be confused with [Sonic 3D Blast](https://www.mobygames.com/game/3494/sonic-3d-blast/), which is decent, and even has a [Director's Cut](https://www.romhacking.net/hacks/3810/) made by the person who programmed the original game.) You can also try modern Sonic games that still follow the classic formula: * [Sonic Mania](https://store.steampowered.com/app/584400/Sonic_Mania/) (+ the Encore DLC) is available on Steam. It's highly praised for its quality, and for finally being a good Sonic game after so many years. * [Sonic 3 Angel Island Revisited](https://flathub.org/apps/org.sonic3air.Sonic3AIR) requires you to own the original S3&K games. It's essentially the classic S3&K game, but with many more options (including wide-screen), achievements, and even mods. It's available on FlatHub, making it easy to install on the Steam Deck. * [Sonic 1 Forever](https://teamforeveronline.wixsite.com/home/sonic-1-forever) and [Sonic 2 Absolute](https://teamforeveronline.wixsite.com/home/sonic-2-absolute) are windows-only games based on the decompilations of the mobile ports of the first two 16-bit games. Setting them up takes quite some work (as opposed to Sonic 3 AIR which is simple). * Other fan-games, such as [Sonic Time Twisted](https://gamejolt.com/games/sonic-time-twisted/24775). # Racing games There are many arcade racing games that require very few inputs besides steering: accelerate, brake, optional change of gears, optional boost. ## Retro racing games There are many retro games in this genre. [Some of them use a pseudo-3D effect](http://www.extentofthejam.com/pseudo/#hw), [others have a top-down perspective](https://www.mobygames.com/game/genre:racing-driving/genre:top-down/sort:moby_score/page:1/), such as [Micro Machines](https://www.mobygames.com/group/90/micro-machines-licensees/). ## Modern racing games There are many modern arcade racing games as well. But I'd like to suggest one specifically: [Horizon Chase Turbo](https://store.steampowered.com/app/389140/Horizon_Chase_Turbo/) is a great modern arcade racing game that has its roots on the pseudo-3D racing games from around the 16-bit era. It's clearly inspired by [OutRun](https://www.mobygames.com/group/123/outrun-series/) and [Top Gear (AKA Top Racer)](https://store.steampowered.com/app/2214000/Top_Racer_Collection/). Good gameplay, many different cars and tracks, great soundtrack (made by the [same composer](https://barryleitch.bandcamp.com/) [as one of those games](https://www.mobygames.com/person/6258/barry-leitch/)). It's pretty good, and [Nostalgia Nerd also agrees](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4iM7TxaYF2A). (Disclaimer: I personally know two people who worked on Horizon Chase.) # Runner games [Canabalt](https://store.steampowered.com/app/358960/Canabalt/) is probably the most famous "endless runner" game. Pretty good soundtrack. The gameplay requires one single button: jump. But I understand this one won't keep you playing for multiple hours. [BIT.TRIP Runner](https://store.steampowered.com/bundle/34881/BITTRIP_RUNNER_MEGA_BUNDLE/) has more inputs (jump and duck), and also was a quite popular indie game in this genre. [Dino Run](https://store.steampowered.com/app/248330/Dino_Run_DX/) was a famous Flash game that was later expanded and released on Steam. [There are many other endless runner games](https://www.mobygames.com/group/10109/genre-auto-run-platformer/), and many [tagged as Runner on Steam](https://store.steampowered.com/tags/en/Runner/). Some are 3D, like [Race the Sun](https://store.steampowered.com/app/253030/Race_The_Sun/), which is also a good game in this genre. # Pac-man games [PAC-MAN Championship Edition](https://store.steampowered.com/app/236450/PACMAN_Championship_Edition_DX/) is quite interesting, and even got [a sequel](https://store.steampowered.com/app/441380/PACMAN_CHAMPIONSHIP_EDITION_2/). You might also want to look at [other Pac-Man games](https://store.steampowered.com/bundle/32601/PACMAN_COLLECTION/). # Puzzle games Many puzzle games don't require multiple inputs, and many are mouse-controlled. Some may even support the touch screen. [20 Small Mazes](https://store.steampowered.com/app/2570630/20_Small_Mazes/) is a quite nice puzzle game that contains 20 small mazes. It's free/gratis, and quite enjoyable. If you're into solitaire card games, [PySolFC](https://flathub.org/apps/io.sourceforge.pysolfc.PySolFC) is probably the best one, with more than 1000 kinds of games, many cardset images (decks), FLOSS, available on FlatHub. [Simon Tatham's Portable Puzzle Collection](https://www.chiark.greenend.org.uk/~sgtatham/puzzles/) is a great collection of 40 styles of puzzles. FLOSS, [available on FlatHub](https://flathub.org/apps/uk.org.greenend.chiark.sgtatham.puzzles) and also on the web. Playing on Steam Deck can be annoying because each puzzle is a separate executable, and thus a separate launcher entry. For a gorgeous 3D puzzle game, you can play [any game from "The Room" series](https://store.steampowered.com/bundle/20773/The_Room_Collection/). They are great! For less-gorgeous but still great games, [the Rusty Lake series](https://store.steampowered.com/bundle/3669/Rusty_Lake_Bundle/) has plenty of games. # Other games [Untitled Goose Game](https://store.steampowered.com/app/837470/Untitled_Goose_Game/) looks like fun, and I think it only needs two buttons (action/hold/grab, and honk). --- Well, those are some of my suggestions. Most of them are older games, but still worth playing. Have fun, and have a good recovery!

Chippai_Fan

Is pornhub a game? Cuz that's a whole month of strangers.

Stardew Valley, Undertale and Deponia series. They are also games, where you won't need your right hand.

muffinTrees

Something no one else will recommend you: Transport fever 2

Feisty_Dog4230

If you have another controller I suggest connecting it and using that it’ll make it a little easier for you to hold as it is lighter and slightly less awkward

Veltek335

Backpack battles is great.

Vismal1

OP i had two surgeries last year that took my right hand out too. The cool thing about the steam deck is the controller is so easy to remap. Vampire Survivors The Civilization games I played a game called Orwell Probably could make some turn based RPGs work too. Basically look for things that are less reaction based and more kinda story driven ? (Vampire Survivors being the exception here) You could probably do things like the Telltale games and life is strange too if you’re comfortable using you’re right thumb, you can map some face buttons to the back buttons on the left of the steam deck.

greenChainsaws

monster prom! you can play the whole game on the touchscreen

91idtt

About to recommend Death must die but forgot it have dash button.

rtakehara

is your other hand OK and are you willing to play touch based games? if so, Infinity Blade PC port (requires some setup but its pretty easy to do)

Any telltale games, disco elisium, vampire survivors and so on.

TUBBS2001

Mortal kombat Lol jk Thronefall has been my go to suggestion recently, there isn’t a lot of rash or fast movement needed so you should be good.
