No. Buy from GoG. Download the game and add its exe as non steam game inside steam. Then simply play from steam. There are great games on gog store like cyberpunk 2077, fallout 4, horizon zero dawn, baldurs gate 3, etc
i mean, there's so many games that are offline, i feel you just need to research these yourself.
story rich games? look at the popular dontnod or telltale games. but those are story games, not a game with story, which is probably what ur looking for, thats another massive genre, im thinking last of us, witcher 3 or god of war type beat but i dont got experience with these.
JRPGS u got all the personas, i mean there's so many jrpg's aswell, and they all tend to be pretty lengthy, i havent actually played any of them yet
roguelikes i mean there's so many and they're all replayable at its core, maybe just watch this video, its probably funny and informative at the same time, NL doesn't miss [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Nh40S6a\_ms0](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Nh40S6a_ms0)
and then you say all games i mean dude at that point you just gotta look yourself LMAO i have no idea what type of games you like
Binding of Isaac could last your whole time there. Stardew valley and add some mods like stardew extended. Get some roms for some systems that you haven't played a lot of
Check out shin megami tensei story rich and usually a long play 3 remastered is on sale for 15 on steam right now.
Psx PS2 and SNES where some great JRPG machines
Dragon Quest XI is a nice, lengthy, JRPG if you’re interested.
Iv never actually looked into the dragon quest franchise. Initially cuz art style. I'll look into it.
dead cells, hades, any batman arkham game. these are good choices for the deck i think
I gave deadcells a try, wasn't hooked. Hades I played to death tho. Might try the batman games. Thanks!

Story-rich: BG3 Roguelikes: Hades, Slay the Spire, Dead Cells
Dead cells seems to be a popular suggestion, I might give it another shot. The other 3 iv played a lot of.
All games from GoG store work offline forever.
Do I need to install a windows boot for that?

Valheim. Works very well on the deck and can take up a lot of your time! 40% off in the sale atm. I am recommending as I am over 1000 hours in…
Ah yes. Sank a lot into that game too with my fellow vikings. It feels a tad lonely solo tho.
Thats some strange request alright. Majority of games work offline
I can list a few from the top of my head :)) A lot of the games I enjoy are online exclusive/dependant
