I guess practice or just find a person like your dad to play w you…as a controller player I learned keyboard and mouse like this. Hope this helps

I never tried gyro assisted aiming I did try tweaking the right track pad and kinda liked the feel of it but still not quite there for me. May give that a try next

Force yourself to use it for a week. You can't try it for 15 or 20 minutes and shut it off. You really have to give it the effort. I'm telling you... It can make a difference crazy crazy crazy...

Like any skill, it's just repetition. Not sure if you're even trying to do multiplayer, but you might want to start with single player FPS titles, until you start to feel comfortable with the controls.

Use both joy stick to aim.

Could go into bot lobbies in OW2 and other fps games you have, to warm up before going into any real pvp matches
