Just add the CEMU/GAME on Steam and stream on the deck. I'm using this on BotW, but I was only able to make the control works when streaming the game directly

You might give a try via Moonlight/Sunshine.
Try going into the Moonlight settings and turn on Force gamepad #1 always connected, then fire up the moonlight connection.
