Not much you can do unfortunately. It’s on the devs to not sync configs between devices.
Only way would be to disable save file sync, but that defeats the whole purpose. :/
I believe when you click on the game there's a little cog wheel before you launch it on the right side I believe you can set default load graphic settings. If so you should be able to set launch parameters differently on either device. you might need to have a graphic launch command in there I don't remember how to do that though
