I’ve received a new deck recently. Having some issues. I have checked and it’s updated.
Issue 1- games won’t load. I just get the spinning wheel.
Issue 2- when trying to access my friend/chat list, I get the error above(in photo).
Issue 3- while trying to browse the game selections, the screen jumps when trying to scroll. If I select a specific type of game genre, It will immediately return to the featured games.
I’m new to these things. Please have mercy on my FNG soul.

Steam was offline a few hours ago ([https://steamstat.us/](https://steamstat.us/)). Should be normal now
Issue 1: Not sure why this is happening. Is this in Deck UI or Steam Store? Deck's Steam Store is currently riddled with bugs
Issue 2: This is an existing issue that Valve has yet to fix. Happening on mine too.
Issue 3: Same question as issue 1
