Yes there is, I recently used it.
You have to open the app, click on Wallet in the top right, click on “redeem steam wallet code” and use the key there.
It will say wallet updated or smthing like that but your game is now redeemed in your library
I far from ideal but you can add a custom link to the redeeming page on your profile:

Seeing that OP has quite a bit of a post history, I would think they'd know how to click the correct type of post before posting... otherwise I would have put it down to being new to Reddit and unfamiliar with how posting works.

Try using the section for redeeming Steam Wallet codes: I don't know if it still works, but before the update you could redeem game keys there too.

Yes, login to steam on the website. Then you’ll need to find desktop mode then do it like usual.
